The dress is complete garbage, absolutely not what was shown on the advertisement. Returning requires sending to China and a fee.

Same as all the other reviews. Ordered a dress that looks like someone printed the picture of a dress onto fabric. It's a total scam. The refund process is to pay yourself to ship the thing back to China, so they basically pay you (a fraction of the cost) to give up the refund and tell you to keep the item.

I’ve never written a review but this product was so expensive and awful I couldn’t just not warn the others. The pants were advertised as jeans, it was even in the name of the product. They are some cheap cloth material that you’d find pants made of at the dollar store. The dollar store may be too high end for these, actually. They were $60 for a pair of jeans that came folded up in a 4x4 bag. So tiny it couldn’t hold a pair of Jean shorts. Pathetic excuse for pants. The nerve !!! Then the sizing. When I tell you these pants were sized for a clown. These look like the pants you’d find at a thrift store from the 70’s. The waist is high and small while the hips were made for a walrus. Unreal they can pass these off as functioning pants. If these were a $1 I may have come to terms with the loss. But $60?!?! Plus a two month wait, plus shipping ?! There’s been a robbery that needs reporting. This store isn’t even based out of NYC. Or NY state ! It’s in China ! This whole website is a scam. I can’t speak on the accessories they sell but as for the clothes do not waste your money. It is a total scam. As for the store if you’re reading this. Dishonor . Dishonor to you, dishonor to your cow, dishonor to your entire family !!!

This company is absolutely awful. It’s a complete scam. All of their clothes are nothing like they are described online. They are complete trash and the most awful quality I’ve ever experienced. I would rather use them as fire starters then put them on my body. When you want to return them, they tell you that they can only reimburse you 10% of your entire bill and then all of a sudden whatever you’ve ordered is no longer available on their website. This is a 100% POS company. If you could even call it that.

Lisa Newyork is a sham front for a co. in China, clothes are poorly constructed, cheap fabric (e.g., patterns lightly printed on top of fabric), no label. Don't buy the BS story, closing shop, blah blah... Avoid

The images on the website are gorgeous - what you actually receive is another story. Washed out colors & polyester material when pants were advertised as denim.

If I could, I would give no stars. Like many others before me, I want to warn people NOT to buy from this online service. The material of the clothes is subpar, and the patterns do not resemble what I saw in the online images. The sizes are ridiculous — I ordered a small size, and I can fit two of me in it. It is unfortunate, as I have purchased many excellent products online. This is an egregious scam. Run from it like the plague!

I believe there are 2 stores named Lisa Newyork. The one I am reviewing is supposed to be an upscale women clothing store closing down after more than 20years. Their add shows the picture of a couple - assuming the owners. They say the store is closing and have more than 60% discount. It is a scam! They do send you the clothing which is paper thin, cheap material. If you try to return it, they tell you they only have one store in china. You have to pay for the return. Alternatively you can keep the clothes and they will plant a tree! Or give you 20% back! I lost tons of money!
Run!!

It’s a Chinese company with Chines clothes and New York prices. Got the dresses. They were garbage- cheap fabric, terrible design, not at all like the pictures with horrible stitching. Asked to return them and they said “sure! pay to send them back to this, our only warehouse, in China.” Or we can give you a small discount to keep them. I considered the money gone either way. The package was never going to be acknowledged if I sent it. I used one dress and the plastic zipper broke within 2 hours.
I’m thinking about using the others to clean my windows.

Seller represents itself as a New York company that is closing down. They misrepresent their products (terrible quality). Shipping took 20 days (instead of 5-8 days as claimed on their website), Return policy does not exist (Shipping will cost 100's of $$ since it will be sent to China). They are asking us to lie about the pricing of the product. Chance is, that once we return, the products will get lost somewhere and we will loose the products plus our money.
I have reported them on Instagram from where I made the purchase. I will report them to my credit card company too.
Was anyone able to block the payment with their Credit card company?
Are there other ways for us to block scamsters like these companies from cheating us?

SCAM! They're in Belgium. Claim they're in New York and going out of business. They ship from China. They say they're a Canadian company. The material is the most synthetic, plastic material, poorly constructed, uneven hems with button holes that don't line up, that I've ever seen.
Their "easy 30 day return" is a lie. No return lable, you ship it to China and pay the shipping and maybe they'll give you a partial return IF IT GETS TO THEIR WAREHOUSE.
And if it doesn't? SOL

They are saying they are closing. They claim to be a brand that is Canadian set up by a father and daughter but customer service is - surprise - Belgium? Also Ohio? They list addresses in both places. No phone number. Have seen lookalike brands with same story showcasing fake Western families. Chinese scams are getting smarter. The reviews here are all by one person from Belgium writing different reviews to up Trust Pilot. Shame on all of you for allowing such lack of transparency and for believing their scam without due diligence. . Tariffs are forcing these issues into the open.
