Lir is amazing! She listens and helps and genuinely cares. I will always turn to her if I’m in need of guidance or help. Highly skilled and I would recommend her to everyone. It’s difficult to find someone like Lir she is one in a million!

Very versatile, tailored coaching, with both role-playing, sessions that at times felt more like therapy, and a general sense of honing in on where powers within me can be unlocked. Different coaches work well for different people, but Lir really worked for me!!

I can't recommend Lir enough, she has coached me over the past year through some very challenging times in my career and it was like having a personal cheerleader on the sidelines.
