Great customer service

After my first purchase I was disappointed with a quality of the product (Love Moschino Purse) and gave the company a bad review.Since then they have got in touch with me and offered free of charge replacement (to pick whichever I wanted).My new purse is on it’s way and would love to thank Linvelles for their great customer support and resolving my issue.

£20 postage to return shoes appalling customer service

I ordered some shoes which turned out to be too big - I returned them however postage was to Italy ! If I had known that to start with I wouldn’t have ordered. It cost be £20 in postage to Return- I was told a they would contribute £15 towards postage. I have given my bank details & call them every day and just get forwarded to voice mail. No response appalling customer service - time wasters been waiting since November - maybe they have gone bust -: not answering phones at all

Item faulty after one wear trying to…

Item faulty after one wear trying to get in contact with Linvelles and no answer mail box full ect tried emailing no repose I need to return my faulty item !! The item has not been worn but for 10 minutes and logos have fell off them they are faulty !!!!
