Weve had amazing care from Links Lodge dental practice over the past 2 yrs. We moved here as our previous dental surgery went provate. The reception staff are always so nice and helpful and Leva is probably the best dentist I have been to in 50 yrs. She kind compassionate and patients and so gentle. Alison the dental nurse is also so lovely and helpful. I cant recommend this practice highly enough. I had toothache for 48 hrs which was worsening and got an emergency app the next day and was seen and treated in 30 minutes. Amazing service for lovely people. Thanks so much.

The receptionists there are quite rude and ill informed from our experience. One even put the phone down when we asked 'why they had no idea what an 'all on 4' implant was.' Seems odd, that a practice promoting itself on exceptional expertise and service, have a 'front of house' that have no idea that a basic 'all on 4' implant procedure even existed. They should really have a basic idea. Its more odd, that a customer like myself knows more about implants from 10 mins on the internet than the receptionists. Was passed from pillar to pillar, as we were told the implantologist works at a number of different practices not just the Lodge and was not in this week. Needless to say, will not be using them, expect better when paying a premium.

Great Dental Practice and with my recent issue with my tooth were exceptional. Resolved the constant pain and follow up appointments organised for further treatment. Highly recommend this Dental Practice.

Absolutely delighted with the result Craig managed to achieve with my teeth whitening treatment.I was a nervous patient and embarrassed about my badly stained teeth but was made to feel completely comfortable straight away by the whole team.The treatment was explained extremely well and I can honestly say that I now smile without feeling embarrassed and grateful to Craig and team for doing such an excellent job.Thank you😁

First class from all the team. The receptionists are friendly and inviting. I’ve just became a member and dentist Craig and his team and fantastic and reassuring. They look after your teeth practically as well as aesthetically and I can’t fault the service they’ve given me!

I have been a customer here for a few years and recently had a serious tooth issue. It was sorted very quickly thanks to the Dentist, Staff including Technicians and can't thank them enough.
