Not secure at all. I got hacked and apparently it is incredibly easy for a hacker to get into your account but if you need to get into it to close it down or make any changes you must hand over all personal details and card details while the hacker is free to make as many purchases as they like without interruption
I can't stand how you are constantly trying to automatically sign me up for your service. Any site that uses you, has you as the default and then you spam me with attempts to sign up for your terrible service.
This company is garbage and falsely offers promotions that they have no intention of honoring. I'd use any other business to process my payments.
They deactivated my account after a year without an explanation. Guess I should have read the rest of these reviews before agreeing to using their service for payments.
Lousy company
Link acknowledged that THEY ERRONEOUSLY created an account for me during a transaction and they’ve given me instructions on how to delete the account.
It doesn’t work! And they say that my information will still be out there after I’ve deleted my account.TOTAL SCAM.
I have no idea why this company has so many negative reviews but I'm certainly 100% satisfied with their services as they provide the cheapest transaction fees on the market. They're my number 1 go-to both now and in the future whenever I need to buy some crypto quickly, using my debet card.
NOT SAFE
Was using on one website. My bank details were accessed by another company through Link allowing them to take a payment from my account!
Indifferent attitude to data leak from Link support.
Recieved as others the update mail. I also was not aware of having used their services, nor Link having info on me.
On their site no email is to be found.
A return mail generates a return message from Link: 'your request has not reached our support', log in!!!
Quite a service, quite transparent, quite customer friendly!
Login in (support service) as adviced by them is not a good idea (according to expert ICT-ers). Then they have even more info.
Question? has somebody a email-adres of Link?
FYI: "info" or "notifications" only result in the above reaction.
Support that does not help.
They payment solutions was prompted during a checkout process. Seems like the website I used was a scam and asked Link to stop the process and/or remove them from their solution. They state that there are no wrong doing in tricking customers and everybody can use their platform. Do not trust Link.com or the providers that use their platform.
Got an email about new T&C. I never created an account with them and replied that I want them to delete the accouunt. They replied that I should follow a link and delete it, but since I did not create the account, I have no login details. They then asked me to provide card number, email address (they sent me new T&C and reply to my emails, home address and phone number. Typical phishing attempt. When I refused they replied that they cannot delete it manually. In accordance with EU and UK law, they are not allowed to hold any data on you against your will.

Like the other people her, I also got an e-mail from them today, saying that they were renewing the terms and conditions agreement. I have never heard of them before, and definitely never signed up for their website. I think this is a scam. I´ve send the mail to spam.

STOP YOUR SPAMING! BLOCKED & DELETED.
RECEIVED EMAIL FROM LINK CLAIMING I AM A MEMBER OF THIER SYSTEM AND I SHOUD UPDATE MY INFO.
I was in the process of renewing my Nord VPN subscription, but I realized that I had provided my payment details 10 minutes BEFORE I ordered. I am 100% sure that I have been scammed, but unfortunately I will not be able to contact my bank for another 2 hours. Link.com is a NEW scam!
They are a scam service. Purchased something through them on line but retailer is no longer in business.
STAY AWAY
somehow I received an email from them asking to confirm updates to Link’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. They wanted me to sign in, I never knew about them. Another scammer website trying to get your payment details. Also it did not have automatic unsubscribe, it wanted me to login, a bad sign.
I do not know how I ended up in their system. They sent me a mail that terms of service were changing.
I trie to login through chrome, but kept getting error messages about "overload". In the end I was able to sign in through Firefox and delete my account (I hope). Ooof.
I never signed up for Link.com, but today got an email about account creation and they had my phone number and credit card number. I immediately logged in and deleted my account! So scary!!!
