awesome shop customer support is top tier, and the staff went the extra mile to get my order to me within a very strict unreal time frame but yet they managed to get it done! would buy from here again with 0 worries, thanks for pushing my order Phil.

From my initial enquiry which was dealt with by Charley. The purchase of the eMTB went very smoothly with great communication.
Unfortunately the courier badly damaged the bike. However I received tracking for a new bike and uplift of the damaged one the same day!!
I now have my new bike and cannot recommend Power2cycle too much.
Definitely my first place to look when I am looking for another bike. :-)

Fantastic service i was very nervous about spending so much on a mtb but Ed was very patient with me and answered all my questions which I'm sure I probably asked more than once.

The service made me feel very comfortable and I would highly recommend, the only one issue I had was with the courier but that was completely out of their hands.

10/10 now time to get some dirt on the wheels 🤟

From the purchase through to delivery was easy to work with.

Recently bought an E-MTB from Lings Power2Cycle in Norwich and although I haven’t yet received it the guys have been brilliant helping me out with tons of enquiries, all via email as somehow they were trying to call me on a number that wasn’t mine , but their fault but nevertheless all very attentive to my enquiry , super polite too .
