had ordered oil online
had ordered oil online, all details given on 6th October for delivery on or before the 20th October, no delivery at all. I phoned the company only to be told the order had NOT gone through inspite of me getting thank you for your order conformation. I gave them my details again and they told me the 24th October, I told them it was not good for me and to deliver on the 25th October instead, knowing that someone would be home all day for access. They turned up 24th, needless to say I ran out of oil on the 22nd.... ironic

Friendly Efferent Service
From start to finish, I received pleasant, efficient, and friendly service from all the team members I interacted with.
The order was placed on Thursday; I was informed by text of my delivery date, which arrived the next day.
The driver who delivered my order was friendly, and the delivery was done with no fuss or disruption.

Delayed delivery, minimal notice
Disliked getting SMS message to landline middle of the day of expected delivery saying no delivery for 3 more days. Flat refusal to help added to the anguish. After the delivery eventually arrived received phone call and gained 4% refund which eased some of the anger.
