Ran out of oil so needed quicker delivery - was best price i could find for this. Arrived exactly on due by date - even rang me to confirm the day before. Will certainly be checking their prices next time i need to order

Easy to order on line, Competitive Price, Good communication, Prompt Delivery

Arrived as promised but the delivery vehicle needs to have its delivery clock reset to British Summer Time. The delivery receipt showed that it arrived an hour earlier than it did. Otherwise OK.

A very easy transaction in terms of order, payment and delivery. I was out when the fuel was delivered but they completed the delivery and left the receipt in my post box. I will use them again.

Prices were the same as our current supplier Boiler juice but they were offering a promotional discount so thought I would give them a go. An email confirmed order was being processed with a due date given also. I called on morning before due date to confirm delivery was still coming and was advised that I would be called after 3pm to confirm. I was called later in the day, very polite service which confirmed that it would be delivered next day and a pm time given. Very happy with service and delivery so will be using again provided oil prices are competitive to other dealerships.

I have been with them for 20 years , i ran out of fuel in the coldest month in years! They pulled out all the stops to get me some oil within 48 hours, it could have been sooner but I do live some distance away ! We now have a warm house again!!

Always try to deliver as soon as possible having a DD means I don't have to worry about costings. We have been with them for at least 15 years very satisfied

No problems with your delivery service or office staff , but I did notice that you do charge top price for your oil because I’m an account holder! I could have shop around and purchased for 10p litre cheaper elsewhere, Is there no discount for loyal customers?

I needed to find a new fuel supplier to my previous one of many years, they would fill my tank to the brim, then invoice me for the amount supplied. I rang the three other suppliers, two of which would not provide a top up service. I was delighted however when Lincolnshire fuels agreed for me to pay in advance for an agreed quantity, 700 litres in this instance, that I knew would fit into my tank, subsequently paying for the extra needed to fill it up. They also said they would put a note on the order for the driver. When the driver arrived he was surly and abrupt, when the 700 litres had been supplied he stopped filling, when I pointed out that he was meant to fill up the tank he made the excuse that his tanker only had enough for his other deliveries. The invoice he handed me clearly stated to fill tank, however he stuck to his guns and left without topping up as promised. My order formed a contract to supply and this was therefore broken.

My thanks to all at Lincolnshire Fuels for an excellent service throughout the year providing us essential fuel for our domestic requirements at very competitive prices. Linking this to the very friendly and efficient service by all involved at Lincolnshire Fuels is the reason for our high regard for this excellent company and why we will continue to return without question for our future fuel deliveries.
