All items arrived quickly and in perfect condition because they had been very carefully wrapped and packaged. I'm looking forward to watching the movies and the additional features. I got the 4-D V d's but they would not work, I tried them and tried them, I guess UK S don't work in the USI don't know how to send them back, I sure was looking forward to watching them. If you could help, I would appreciate it.

I recently placed an order with Limelight Collection for Parenthood, the BBC TV series narrated by David Attenborough. I received two blu rays , both discs and cases received in pristine condition and were superbly packaged too. I was really looking forward to my purchase and it arrived yesterday. Problem. I am in the United States and I can not play either of the video's I purchased because they are for a different region. So they are no good for me, and I can't give them away since no one will be able to play them here.

I didn't get my chipment I received a email shows the chipment on Riyadh but O didn't get any thing so I don't know

Just received my second order today, can't complain at all. Everything arrives well wrapped with multiple layers of bubble wrap and paper, which is why I've placed my last two orders here and why it will be my #1 place to order from for the foreseeable future. I had a question regarding my first order and the customer support responded immediately the day after. This is truly a great store with people who genuinely care about how your physical media arrives, which is pretty rare nowadays. The DVD does not play on a standard player in the US. I cannot find that information listed anywhere in the item description. I wasted the money on it and it was a gift that was disappointing to my parents.

Is there something wrong with this company? Ordered, paid, got immediate email of confirmation, then silence… not a word from them re delivery and won’t answer email. Will be cancelling through card protection but be careful, weird in this day and age.

Limelight have become my new favourite place for all my Blu-ray and 4K discs. I preorder most of my collection and limelight always deliver earlier than release date or on release date. The packaging is amazing and they really take care of your orders.
