DVDs appear to have arrived in good condition and in good time. I have yet to watch them to see if there are defects on the discs, but I have not had a bad experience with Limelight yet.

Hello there, I am sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase. The majority of films we have on our website are region B due to the fact that it is a UK website. We do mention on the site that the region is B for these titles. I think a region free player would solve the problem, not ideal I know!
