My poodles LOVE all things Lily’s Kitchen. They have a varied selection of meals, likewise treats. Bunty will try to scoff Jon’s dinner, she eats as though she’s constantly starving, while he prefer... See more

About Lily's Kitchen
Written by the company
Pets are family and they deserve proper food
But what is proper food? Proper food means nutritionally complete recipes made by experts, labelled honestly, using ethically sourced natural ingredients. No meat meal, no additives and no cheap fillers. Just fresh meat, delicious veg, and herbs and botanicals that support your dogs’ and cats’ health so they can concentrate on sitting on laps, shoulders and heads, demanding walkies, 6am breakfasts and knocking things over with their tails ‘by accident’ – or so they claim.
For people, pets and the planet
We’re a certified BCorp. That means we believe in using business as a force for good. Here are a few of our guiding values:
Supporting charities
In the last 6 months we’ve donated over 28,000 meals to dog and cat shelters and we’re not stopping there. We’re always working on ways we can partner with charities of all sizes to help in any way we can, be it fundraising, donations or rolling up our sleeves and volunteering our own time.
Minimising our pawprint on the planet
From the way we work to improve our packaging (which is nearly all compostable or recyclable) to the cleaning products we choose for our office. Every decision has the planet at it’s core.
Being a BCorp and staying a BCorp
We are the founding UK BCorporation and every three years we re-certify by evidencing meeting the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose.

Suitable for even the most sensitive Staffie
Wet dog food, great value due to a special offer. Easy to order, a good variety to suit our pampered pooch. Prompt delivery and all in good condition, well packaged.
He's already got through 2 packs of the wet food. Its great as it smells like proper food and not some of the cheap cheerful wet food, and its great for a somewhat sensitive aging Staffie. Bentley approves.
Excellent food fast delivery
Excellent delivery my dog loves her Lilly’s kitchen food and treats also loves the chicken stew little pots too
Swift delivery, wide variety of food.
Simple to order, swift delivery. My dog loves the wide variety of flavours of wet food, treats and woof brushes!
Good quality for small dogs
I have two fussy chihuahua's & they love the small tray wet food & the quality is good. They also love the dental stick minis. It is hard to find good quality dental stick for dogs with tiny teeth & these are perfect. They are expensive & so I always wait for an offer & then order a few packs. Delivery is fast.

2 bad experiences with delivery
Whilst my dog loves Lily’s Kitchen, I’m not impressed with the service. Twice that I’ve ordered directly from Lily’s Kitchen I’ve had a pack of dog food missing. I’ve had to contact the company to dispatch the missing items. I’ve not had any problems with this, it’s just the inconvenience of having to contact them and then waiting in for another delivery.

Plenty to choose from
Lots of different varieties and flavours. The small trays are great if you only need a small amount rather than having a tin open.
Good value for money, especially when there is a money off deal.
Not had any problems with the delivery service either.
Great variety and service
Always a good variety of wet food and treats available to order.
If I ever need to contact customer service they are always willing to help with a prompt response.
Delivery is always quick and reliable, and always kept updated with timing.
400g tin is too big. Our small dog loves the rainbow stew
Our small dog loves the rainbow stew, but the demise of the 150g tub was a big shock and this means we have to use the 400g tin. We are throwing away 100g every tin as she only gets 70 g per day. So 3 days the tin is out of its life expectancy. Please reintroduce the 150g tub and you would get 5 stars and lots of hugs.

My cocker spaniel really loves these treats. Good service from company - didn’t have to wait too long for delivery.
My dog really likes this food its good…
My dog really likes this food its good quality and one pate pack is enough with Lilys kitchen kibble to complete my dogs daily food intake, with no mess and nothing left.
Poor experience
I realised I had ordered the wrong amount but couldn’t get logged in to amend or cancel the order, then tried to reset my password but got no reset email in spite of multiple repeated requests over a couple of days. When the order arrived it was 3 packets instead of the 3 boxes of multiple packets I had ordered. Disappointing and frustrating experience overall on this occasion
