I thought I was buying from a boutique, supporting a small business. I didnt read the fine print. I bought sneakers for $54.00. As soon as I hit submit order, I got an instagram ad for the same sneaker for $13. I didnt cancel order, as I still figured it was a small boutique. When sneakers FINALLY arrived from China, they smell awful, like chemicals, and are too small. I requested a return, and still have heard nothing from the company. This is a China based company, so I found when I googled the owners of this boutiqe. Buyer beware, they do not indeed offer refunds/returns. They dont even respond.

Don’t be fooled by the advertised “no questions asked, money-back guarantee.” I paid $50 for a shirt that took a month to arrive, and the fabric felt cheap, synthetic, and plastic-like. When I requested a full refund within the 30-day return period, the company repeatedly offered partial refunds instead of honoring their guarantee. Returning the shirt to China would have cost me $35–$75, making a full refund unrealistic. In the end, I received only $9.99 back on a $50 shirt I don’t even want. I won’t buy from this company again.
