SCAM COMPANY

My daughter ordered a dress from them on December 20th for her 15TH birthday on January 8th. She has sent multiple emails and even tried calling an no one is getting back with her. She has tried calling the phone number on the website and emailing the customer service and no one is responding. The phone number doesn’t even work. She spent her own money on a special dress for her birthday and now she can’t even get her money back or the dress she ordered. This is horrible. How can you do this.
