Worst service, won't ever be using this company in the future the staff are rude, returned a top that the stitching failed and was told that I had done it I bought it 30 mins earlier hadn't even gone home, spend your money at a decent sports store like DW SPORTS

Unbelievably bad service
I recently ordered some trainers and one was delivered faulty, whilst it’s been a number of weeks this has happened trying to get some customer service on refund/return and I’ve replied and attached pics of how trainers were delivered. I’m struggling to understand why the process is taking so long! How I was sent an item that was at fault from ur end and there’s just a careless delay for no acceptable reason. I ordered 3 trainers keeping 2 and would’ve kept the 3rd if not delivered stained. Still awaiting a result. Clearly bad service is something that is rated ! Customer service unheard of

I have just received my order (football shirt) for which I paid next day delivery at a cost of £6.99. On opening it, it was screwed up into an open bag, and when I took it out it is filthy.
What kind of service is this? Why should I now have to pay to return this because you provide inferior, dirty goods?
