The staff all seem really miserable and make it clear that they don't want to be there or help customers. They don't have foot measurers and when I asked for 2 x sizes of shoes for my son (C13 and 1) they only brought the C13's and one of the pairs was totally different from what I asked for. Was met with a shrug and 'just try them'. Better to go to the name brand and outlet stores

Awful customer service and courier system
Bought a 2XL large hoody and received a pink ladies t-shirt instead. Sent the shirt back and it took 1 month for them to refund me after tens of emails to their customer service. They told me my parcel had not been received and were withholding refunds until they received it. After, they said they couldn’t send a hoody because it was not in stock. Went into their website and saw the hoody for sale. Appalling customer service and awful courier systems in place. Would not recommend.

Purchased an item and was supposed to receive it on the 22nd June.
It's now the 11th July and I have contacted customer service several times as to why I have not received my item or a refund without an explanation.

Wanted to buy a pair of Nike trainers. Tried them on, all good, but....then I noticed that the back of one shoe was dirty (on the material bit, not the leather). I asked at the till if I could get a new pair which wasn't dirty. I was sent back to the main area and a salesperson checked but that was the last pair in my size. I then asked if I could get a discount as the dirt might not come off. Someone said 10%, but no exchange and no refund? Went back to the till where they had no idea a 10% discount was agreed. The lady at the till was rather unpleasant and no offence to anyone, but I don't think she understood English well, she certainly couldn't speak it well! She then repeated again that I wouldn't be able to get a refund or an exchange. I asked her if my statutory rights would be impacted if I agreed to this? She had no idea what I was asking. So I asked again and she quickly called someone else who could at least have a conversation, but the answer was the same. I asked, so what happens if these shoes break tomorrow? I would of course bring them back. But the answer was the same. Clearly this person didn't know the difference either. As much as I liked the shoes, I simply left them and told them to keep them. Looking at other reviews, past and present, I'm so glad I made this decision! I think this store needs to have a very good look at itself before it goes down. No customers will soon want to come even close to it!

I had an extremely unpleasant shopping experience at Piccadilly Circus, London, at the Lily Whites store. The salesgirl in the women's section was incredibly rude and refused to let me try on any outfits. It seemed like she just wanted us to leave. Even when I complained to the supervisor, they surprisingly supported her and mentioned that her behavior was out of character. I would strongly discourage anyone from shopping there due to their extremely poor customer service.
Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. I just placed an order and noticed I had made a mistake in the personalization selected. I immediately contacted customer support to try and amend the order or to cancel it so I could put through an order to order the correct item. I was then told that neither of these were possible even though I had made the order 10 minutes before and the order had clearly not been processed let alone fulfilled. I totally get if the order has been shipped then a refund would not be possible as a personalized product is useless to them, but until then they need to do something to allow users some control to make amendments.

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing at their store. I wanted the return the Nike shoes I bought since it was £40 cheaper on Nike store online. I couldn’t check before buying as I had no connection. Just have been told that they can only give me a credit note. Horrible, avoid.
Price adjustment
I bought in the Piccadilly store an hat I paid 7 pounds. After purchasing I look on the website and the price was 5 pounds. I went in store asking for a price adjustment but the manager refused to do it. I always buy online and the prices are the same as in store. The customer service is really poor and unprofessional.

If i could do less than 1 star I would. Avoid this company . Impossible to cancel an order that they themselves only half honoured even though on the website it says if you can order then its in stock which is a total lie. I ordered a bbq for half price and a garden chiminea . the chiminea was only bought from the saving from thee bbq which they didn't have. No chance of cancelling and no chance of returning to boot I haven't received any refund for half of the consignment being missing.
Lillywhites refuse to refund for their faulty item
Lillywhites Piccadilly sold me a defective pedometer two weeks ago. When I returned it, they claimed they could only give me an exchange or a credit note. The fault was theirs, and the receipt says: "Refunds will ... be offered in accordance with your statutory rights (which remain unaffected)." But when I asked for this refund, staff tried to get me to sign a receipt stating that it was a "Return for Re-sale", which suggests the item was resaleable — i.e. not defective — and which would have negated my statutory rights. This is unacceptable. I will recover the money through my credit card company, which must be more familiar with trading standards legislation.
Poor Service at Lillywhites Piccadilly Circus
I recently (18.04.22) bought 2 pairs of trainers through the Lillywhites online shopping. My selected location for delivery/collection was Lillywhites Piccadilly Circus/Regents St London. Unfortunately the estimated delivery date of 27.04.22 did not work for me as I live in Kenya and was departing on 19.04.22. I tried to communicate with Sports Direct via the website email to cancel the order but received no help at all, just automated confirmations of receipt of my emails. I then decided to visit Lillywhites (19.04.22 @ 10.30am) to see if they could assist with canceling my order. Sadly the Eastern European lady (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) at the main ground floor payment desk was very rude & absolutely and completely uninterested in trying to help me and actually did not even want to hear my request & advised me to contact Sports Direct directly. I left feeling really disappointed with the poor service from this lady. By chance later in the day I came across a Sports Direct on upper Oxford St so I decided to try my luck with seeking assistance with me order. The service I received at the shops Customer Service desk was like day & night in comparison to that at Lillywhites. The lady, Spanish I think, (again unfortunately I didn’t get her name & I wish I had asked her) who assisted me was so ready & willing to help me & indeed she did & within 10 minutes my order was canceled, I received the cancellation email notification & thereafter I went upstairs & bought the 2 pairs of trainers and left the shop very happy. It is very unfortunate that the lady at Lillywhites had no interest in being of assistance on something so simple to assist with. I advise all, go to Sports Direct upper Oxford St. It’s also a nicer shop & easier to navigate than Lillywhites.

I order shirt online from this shop,when I received i went to to shop in Piccadilly Circus London to do prints on shirt.Indian man started SHOUT on me!!From where your bought shirt,when,show my receipt.Very rude way.When i show him receipt he started to shout Online is Online is not shop.I explain to him that I order online from this Shop not from another,but still was not happy.Then he call supervisor,and supervisor said is doesn’t matter online or in store.
So basically he dont know anything,just professional to SHOUT on customer.The worst experience ever,its was last time i did shopping with this shop.
I hope management will do something with this man.You can lost all your customers,if your staff Shouting on customers.
