I placed my order on March 22nd with a clearly stated delivery window of April 3rd–15th. Today is April 16th, and not only has nothing arrived, but I have also received absolutely no meaningful updates.
Your customer support is completely unacceptable. Every time I try to reach out, I get the same copy-paste response: “Hi, I’m Oleksander… we’ll send an email when we have news.” That’s not support—that’s avoidance. Today, I couldn’t even get a reply at all.
This review is written in the hope that you will finally respond to my emails and chat messages—since those channels have clearly failed. Maybe this way, you will actually understand the seriousness of the situation.
This is beyond frustrating. You are not just delaying a random order—you are playing with something related to health, which makes this situation far more serious. Ignoring customers in such cases is irresponsible and unacceptable.
At this point, I have completely lost trust in your service. I expect either:
• Immediate, clear information about my order and guaranteed delivery, or
• A full refund without any further delay.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the situation by filing a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities and taking further action.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. No communication, no accountability, and no respect for customers.

The availability of a product is displayed on our website if at least one of our partner pharmacies provides information about its stock. Unfortunately, in your case, the pharmacy did not confirm the actual availability of the item after the booking was made. As soon as we were notified that the item was out of stock, we informed you immediately to avoid further waiting.

I ordered on 28 January 2 products, one delivered from Greece and one from a local pharmacy, everything paid in advance, online. On February 10, I noticed in the app a notification for a suplementary pay. Since the order was already late, I contacted Liki24 in the app to ask why and how I could pay the supplementary fee. They only replied to the second question: pay on delivery at Easybox. The next day, February 11, I received the notification that my order had arrived. I paid and got it from the Easybox, just to see that my local product was bought the day before (they did nothing until I inquired about my order), and the price of acquisition was higher, hence the supplementary pay. I must say that the product is now on sale in every pharmacy, 30% off, but they managed to buy it even at a higher price than it was two weeks ago, when I placed the order! I tried to send it back, but their policy does not allow it unless there was a wrong delivery or a damaged product. Also, if you want to cancel your order, they do not give you your money back! So, here is a big NO to Liki24 !!!

Liki24 is not a pharmacy, does not have its own warehouse, and does not engage in retail trade. For some items in your order, pharmacies did not confirm availability at the original price. This situation may occur if the information about the availability or cost of a product in one pharmacy is out of date, and we have reserved the order at another pharmacy. Since the amount changed by less than 10% (in your case, 6 lei), the order was automatically revised for your convenience.

Delivered to the wrong address
I placed an order. It was late in arriving. Then it was delivered to the wrong address and given to the wrong person. Liki 24 said they would get in touch with the delivery company but I am unlikely to get my goods or the money back. They have been most unhelpful

We are currently awaiting a decision from the logistics company. Unfortunately, the time it takes to review the request depends entirely on UPS's internal procedures, so it may take some time. This appears to be a scam. I have paid for goods weeks ago and nothing has been shipped. Contacted them multiple times and just keep being told there is a delay. Asked for a refund and told to contact them again in 8 days. Tried to do that again and no response from them. Do not use!!

Scammers
Scammers, liars, unrealiable, avoid at all costs. After 2 weeks after I've placed the order, and after the sellers sent the products to liki24, they remove half of my order, saying they're not available anymore. I've paid taxes for collecting those products, but they never return that taxes, telling me that those products had 0 taxes.

I bought the same product from the real supplier (FORX5UK). The one from Liki24 has crystal and flavour and not real ingredients. I would upload the 2 photos to prove but it doesn't allow me to. Would at least expect a refund
