Never delivered item
Never delivered item. Ordered some male fertility supplements from here and they accepted my order. I kept going on the app to see when it would be delivered, however the order showed no progress. I went on today and it now says order cancelled. Zero communication from the company regarding this and they’ve waited over 10 days to cancel my order, so now I have to search for these again. I should have just ordered them from somewhere else.
To add to this, as I can see the company has replied, they never sent a link and even if they did why was I not informed about this via email if there was an issue with the transaction? Again another company trying to cover their back for terrible customer service!

Liki24 is a scam! Do not order anything, you package will most likely never come and to get in contact with them is almost impossible I sent various emails to them to get my refund coz products never come even after 10 days delivery date. Do not buy anything from this scammers!!! I'm still fighting for my money sending emails and contacting via chat and they keep saying that package is on the way! 😂 I'm not asking for package I'm asking for refund and get my money back read with understanding please!

Dropship sc**. They let you order, let you pay (only payment upfront, no rambours), send the confirmation that the product is avaliable. And then, suddenly, the product is not available. They charge double the amount for shipping as what is said in the shop. And, at the end of the order process, another huge shipment fee is added for "picking up the order" at the sellers. So.. empty promises and hidden fees. I'd say hands off.

Outrageous hidden costs from ordering from Liki24
I have been asked by Trust pilot to give a follow up to my review from 2 days ago relating to my purchase from Liki24 of Cellexia Gel on 07/06/2026 costing £51.60 GBP with free shipping costs from UPS delivery company for orders over £49 though with the possibility of a duties cost.
I had read a review of this product in the Sunday Times which gave the impression that it was a widely used product which could be purchased without any issues.
I have ordered many products from the EU in the past and have some awareness of the possible amount of tax that might be charged on an item of that value which can be around £10 however I was given confirmation on my email receipt from Liki24 that my UPS shipping costs were £0.0 which kept the price below the couple of other sources of the product.
I received confirmation the following day that the product was out for delivery, the message confirming the details I had received with my order.
The product was delivered to me on 17/06/26 by UPS with an invoice stating that they could not release my package before my payment of £14.35 freight charges for a very small plastic tube of gel, plus £31.89 import VAT. This came to a total of £46.24.
The UPS delivery driver was extremely sympathetic and suggested I question all these costs.
I reluctantly transferred all costs to Liki24 as I was concerned about the consequences of not doing so and the possibility of long term issues that might give me further costs and inconvenience in the future.
I immediately emailed Liki24 after receipt of the parcel and received a return message suggesting that I had not read all the conditions relating to my order.
After studying all my correspondence with Liki24 I contacted Trustpilot, not only on my own behalf but to warn others of the possibility of parting with almost £100 for a product that would cost under £60 full price from Cellexia itself.

We would like to clarify how our service operates to give you a better understanding of what happened. Please note that Liki24 is an online platform, not a pharmacy, and we do not maintain our own warehouse. Our system displays product availability based on data transmitted to us by our partner pharmacies. If even one pharmacy reports an item as available, it appears active on our website.
However, the final physical verification and product assembly happen at the partner pharmacy after the reservation is made. Unfortunately, during the physical assembly of your paid order (#1053898550), the partner pharmacy could not confirm the actual stock and reported the item as unavailable. As a result, the order had to be cancelled, and your funds were immediately released back to your account automatically.
Regarding your other entry (#1053898549), it remains unpaid. An order will only proceed to processing after full payment is received, at which point the pharmacy performs the physical verification and assembly of the items.
We deeply regret that the initial automated updates misled you before the pharmacy's physical check was complete, and we are working to make these notifications clearer for our international users.

I ordered from the Liki24.pl website, so this review will be perhaps more useful to people ordering from Poland as I can't wager for the quality of the service everywhere else.
Either way, I made my order on the 28th April (late at night) and it arrived today, 7th May. The delivery window provided to me was 4th-14th May, so I'm obviously very satisfied with how quickly the package came, considering that the creams ordered were in Greece.
I ordered the Tazarene Acne Cream, 40 ml, Boderm (x2). I already have one of these, which I bought elsewhere, and both the packaging and the cream are exactly the same so no issues as to whether the cream is authentic.

Avoid this company
I ordered a product from this company over a month ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. I have contacted them numerous times and received no response whatsoever.
I spent £50 on a single item, so this certainly wasn’t cheap. At this point, I’m genuinely questioning whether this company is legitimate at all and whether the product will even turn up. Even if it does arrive, I’m not sure I would trust getting my money back!
I would strongly advise people to avoid this company, as you may as well just throw your money away.

I tried to cancel less than five minutes later, but they claimed it was already impossible. This is a blatant bait-and-switch. They trap your funds and ignore their own delivery windows. The negative reviews are 100% accurate—stay away.

Liki24 Romania...?!?...is the most unserious company there is online! I don't know from the experiences of those in other countries, but in Romania they treat their customers in the worst way.
I do not recommend it under any circumstances!!!
On April 6th I ordered two tubes of Voltaren Forte (order no. 523070); the order was confirmed, stating that it would reach me "after April 7th".
On April 16th I contacted them, seeing that I had no news from them. The response from the "support team" was as prompt as possible, saying the following: "Your order 523070 is ready and will be handed over to the carrier. The AWB number of your order is *7000134650344* As soon as the package arrives to be scanned by the courier company, you can track it in the tracking system of the delivery company. Thank you for your understanding and patience."
Since then I have had several exchanges of messages with them, promising me that this order will reach me at the beginning of the week that started on May 4th. Today, May 4th, I receive an email from Liki24, informing me that they have canceled my order, without any explanation (in the email) "why" this happened ...😡...moreover, they even have the nerve to suggest that I repeat the order...😄
Any company of this kind (and not only), that respects its customers, DOES NOT behave like this!!!
