Never heard of this company before, but saw the item I wanted. Contacted them with a question which was answered promptly. Placed the order and within 24 hours it was delivered, from Glasgow to Essex.

This was service way beyond excellence. I made an order one day, and the goods were with me the very next day, and arrived within the delivery time slot advised. It was almost as if the order arrived at my home before I had actually placed it, and that is quite remarkable. The goods were very well packaged, and arrived without any damage. liGo's prices are extremely competitive. I will have no hesitation in recommending liGo to friends and family, and will most certainly buy from them again when I next neeed something that they stock. An enormous thank you to liGo.

First time I have used this company. I ordered waterproof jacket found the item cheaper on Amazon when I phoned liGo, the person in Customer Services was on the Amazon website before I even finish, and found the coat. He went away for one minute came back and price matched it so a fantastic experience all round. Also free delivery and quick.

I bought a Gigaset Premium C570A bundle from LiGo in 2020. A simple on-line transaction that I received the next day, and it's been faultless until recently. Last week, lightning struck somewhere nearby with a colossal bang and took out the base station. I contacted LiGo about a spare. Lewis replied within the hour, and while the part I needed was no longer available, he recommended a new C575A base station was compatible and available. Even better, LiGo's price for the base station and one spare handset was the same as I could find just the base station anywhere else. The new kit arrived the next day, I plugged it in, and all the older handsets worked perfectly. Thanks to LiGo and Lewis, my landline was only off-line for 24 hours.

I purchased a pair of walking poles - Craghoppers Venture T Grip - and liGo came up cheapest on search. The items were dispatched very promptly and arrived safely.

I bought a Robert’s Rambler Max radio and the whole experience was perfect!
It was well priced and was delivered very quickly.
The radio itself is wonderful. It looks and sounds great and was very easy to set up. - The only negative is the fact that you need to spend another £40 on a Robert’s battery pack if you want to use it unplugged, which I sometimes do!
