Always a pleasure dealing with the guys at Lightwave .In particular Dave Simmons made sure I was aware of their upcoming Black Friday deals and helped me with my purchase. The technical department are also always really helpful and ready to help.

What can I say, the technical team have been fantastic, issues are dealt with quickly. I rang over the weekend when they were closed and to my surprise i had 3 follow up calls to see if everything was ok, and they sorted out the issues. Shout out to Jack Mitchell and the tech team. My experience with Lightwave was exceptional! I fitted my house with Lightwave products in 2016 and have they have worked well for 9 years. When I experienced a problem I called their tech support. I expected a long wait and a lack of enthusiasm since they had my money 10 years ago. But how wrong could I be! Phone was answered within 1 minute and three phone calls later the problem was resolved. 2 of the calls they called me! They were not going to give up until the problem was fixed. If all companies had support and service like Lightwave the world would be a better place. Big thanks to Jack and Eve spent over 2 hours on the phone and still called me back the next day! WOW. Thank you so much.

We use Lightwave dimmer switches and sockets within an amazing extension we've created at our property. Our electrician originally set up our Lightwave products at the time, and since then we've had a few technical difficulties.
I contacted Lightwave and their technical support to look at these issues, and the customer service I experienced has been second-to-none. Today both Eve and Dylan helped remotely reset our products and did a fantastic job (even creating bespoke routines to easily lock the dimmer switches so we can clean them).
I cannot recommend Lightwave products and their excellent customer support highly enough!

If you’re thinking about investing in smart lighting or power for your homes, I would highly recommend Lightwave, yes they are more expensive than cheep substandard alternatives but your paying for superb quality not only in the products but also in the customer support, Iv spoken with Dylan Price 3/4 times to run though setting up the app an also purchasing further products and his knowledge has been second to none extremely helpful and very friendly to deal with! This is worth every penny extra your paying the this level of support!
Personally Working in B2B and B2C industry I can say that this service is top notch!!
