First class service from Eve at Lightwave with the upgrade to my new Link plus hub. The upgrade went without hitch with the instructions Eve sent to me and the new hub is much superior to the old connect series. The transmission range had been extended and the speed in operating the devices is much faster and intuitive. Have been a customer of Lightwave for over ten years and I’m so happy that the new hub enables my devices to run for many more years. Thank you to all at Lightwave for your service, reliability and quality products.

Fantastic customer support from Eve to resolve my issue pairing a wireless switch. I tried calling in yesterday but was waiting too long so I raised a ticket instead. Got a call back this morning and issue swiftly resolved. Having fun learning about all the possibilities with my LW purchase.

Amazing Service. I have literally never received such a perfect service from a company in my entire life! I had a quick question about my light wave implementation and how to it with another product integration. I rang them just after 5.30 and they were closed, so I thought I’ll ring them back in the morning. (I did not leave a message) At 9:15 the following morning a technical guy rang me back, saying we’ve missed a call from you. How can I help! Seriously world class. Well done !!!

really patient, despite my toddler with loud noises being in the background and me needing to navigate that and ask for things to be repeated! Quick fix and accurate signposting to info despite us using an older piece of equipment. I wouldn't have known what model of equipment it was but Dylan was able to quickly find out using info available to him.
Quite a long wait to get through to someone (~30mins) and initially got disconnected, but quickly received a callback and received really helpful service.

I have run Lightwave products for the last 5 years, recently we deleted the memory from one of our lights without realising, I called lightwaves technical dept for help. I got a response from Eve who listened to my issue and advised me straight away what had happened, she then text me over instructions on removing the app, clearing the memory and re applying the lights switch back onto my app. Eve was courteous, knowledgable and gave a great customer service experience. I would recommend lightwaves products and after sales service to anyone thinking of purchasing thier products.

Been a long time customer buying light switches, relays, sensors, TRV’s, heating control, plugs, sockets etc. I really do like the tech. It’s smart and classy and the dimmer switches are especially nice to look at. The move between control hubs, as the firm upgraded them was a little challenging but with the help of an excellent support team, we quickly resolved any difficulties. The firm works hard to maintain its good reputation that is well-deserved. Keep doing what you are doing and thanks!

The lights switches are so temperamental, our electrian spent a day trying to get it to work, and then when any changes are made the lights just don't work. It's sold as a consumer product, but it's so expensive I recommend just going for Hue. Worst experience ever with smart tech.

The most exceptional technical support I have ever had. Moved into a new house with the Lightwave system and needed 3 dimmers sorted. Jack was clear in his instructions and very patient. Resolved all the issues I had with those dimmers over the phone so efficiently, it became almost like a tutorial. I thought the Lightwave system was a tad expensive, but with this type of support, it is excellent value for money. I would recommend Lightwave any time of the day.
