I had some queries in advance of my purchase, I spoke to one person who indicated a different colleague would be better to assist me - I received a prompt call back. Very prompt delivery, item was delivered to Northern Ireland and arrived in perfect condition. As mentioned I spoke with two members of Staff, both were friendly and eager to help. I ordered this lamp from Laura Ashley last year and decided I would like another one.

I was very happy to find that this was stocked by Lighting R Us following the closure of Laura Asley's stores.

I bought and paid on line for a shade which I wanted but next day was informed by e mail the item was not going to be in stock for several weeks, The staff were helpful on the phone about a refund or whether I would like to wait. I have left it on order but hope I do get it eventually as its not something I was able to find easily.

This is a stunning light the picture doesn’t do it justice so much nicer when you actually see it.
