Really impressed with the service. The order was extremely well packaged and the item was delivered earlier than expected and in perfect condition. So 10/10 for that. Now it’s fitted and working well I’m very pleased with my choice. However, unless you buy this product you probably won’t be able to follow what I say next and this is why I rated 4 stars not 5. Fitting the top lamp to the stand was a bit of a nightmare. One of the tubes houses a cord and the slack cord was preventing the tiniest screw on the planet from tightening sufficiently to keep the uplighter fixed to the stand. Took the entire uplighter apart. Pulled the cord tight from the top and hey presto!! What a faff but kinda worth it as I love this floor lamp. Also note bulbs don’t come with the product so you’ll need to order dimmable Halogens 1 x G9 and a 1 x R7S LINEAR 118 lamps separately.

Service excellent I like the lamp I just which the advert had stated max 230 watt bulbs and not 300 watt max I went and bought 300 watt bulbs which I can’t return as distance would not be worth it.
