I am very excited about my purchase (yoga mat).The transaction was easy and quick. I had several questions they were all answered ASAP .. problem was solved . I definitely recommend and will be purchasing other products .

Easy and clear selection and purchasing experience, excellent product, speedy and efficient delivery and great follow-up and communication.

I am using this for yoga & fitness, and it’s really nice. It isn’t slippery at all. There are also allignment lines so that we know if we are at the correct postion. The shipping is also really fast & I can tell that it’s packaged with a lot of care. The customer service is also good, I was given a free refund.

I received this mat recently and brought it straight into a hot yoga class the same day—after a few sessions, it’s honestly been a game changer.

What stands out immediately is the grip. Once the room heats up and things get intense, the mat actually performs better. It stays incredibly stable, especially during longer holds and transitions where I’d normally be adjusting or slipping on other mats.

It also feels well balanced—supportive without being too firm—and the overall quality is noticeable right away. You can tell it’s built for real use, not just aesthetics.

I’ve gone through a few mats over time, and this is easily a step above what I was using before. If you’re practicing in a heated environment, this makes a real difference.

Great customer service. The zips on my Liforme mat bag broke and Liforme replaced the bag with no hesitation and very quickly. Even over a year after original purchase! I am so impressed. Liforme mats aren’t cheap but they are the best and so if you are on the fence about getting one - just do it they are a brilliant investment!

Efficiently handled my issue

As someone with an extensive career background in customer support on ALL levels, from agent to management, I can honestly say that my experience with Roslyn and Liforme Customer Support has been top-notch, 5 stars, absolutely brilliant. I had a really anomalous issue with my *nearly new* yoga mat and Roslyn was responsive, kind, understanding, and generous in her assistance. I am honestly floored and beyond impressed by the customer support I received, and Liforme absolutely has my customer loyalty!

Amazing company to deal with. They keep you informed every step of the way, from ordering through to delivery. Helpful & professional staff deal with any questions. Not many companies these days offer such a service.
They also give back to social justice & environmental agencies. To be recommended!

Fantastic company. The yoga mats are amazing. I opted for a custom mat, which arrived in under a week, and is fabulous. The customer service both before and after purchase was fabulous, and when there was a slight issue with delivery (not their fault at all) they kept me informed throughout.
Perfect experience.

I have 15 years of yoga experience, and Liforme has been my brand of choice since 2017. I just received my third mat and it’s perfect as always. The grip and alignment markers are game changers!

The Liforme mat didn’t work out for me, because my dry-hand situation is just too extreme. However, I contacted Liforme after sale team and they were very helpful and worked out hard to make sure I was having the best experience possible. I would definitely recommend the brand for everyone with normal to regular dry hands!

I was given a lifeforme mat for hot yoga as a present. It has been excellent, non-slippy, comfortable and the alignment markings are excellent. The mat has worn well and would appear to be a cut above the other mats used by other people in hot yoga.
Lifeforme’s customer service has been polite and very helpful.

I bought a travel mat for my son who does ten minutes exercise daily. Expensive but sounded good. After 15 months it has two holes in it. For over a hundred pounds this is not good enough and customer service only offering a discount on a new one. Very disappointed

I ordered a mat from Liforme about 3 weeks ago. DHL said they delivered it and that I signed for it which I did not. Have been in touch with Liforme and I'm having to fill in forms for DHL who should really be the ones accountable and produce said signature. It is not my fault that they have not delivered the mat. This has been nothing but stress so no I would not have ordered this mat if I'd known.
Glad to say that Liforme has sorted everything out. They have replaced my missing mat. I'm delighted with it and my confidence has been restored and I'm enjoying my new mat

I purchased a Liforme Mother Earth mat for £114, expecting a premium service. Instead, I received a budget experience. My order #LFM-407196 has been a 'ghost' for over 48 hours because they use a cheap carrier (DHL24 Road) that doesn't sync with DHL Italy or the Shop App.
To make it worse, their 'Senior Support' ignored my formal complaint for 24 hours, only resending me an automated 'plant a tree' email. You can't fix broken logistics with trees. A premium brand is defined by its service and respect for the customer, not just the product. Totally disappointed. I am still waiting for a real update on my parcel JJD000030101973000000326730. Avoid if you want a professional experience.

As written before, the first shipment was a complete mess and led me to rate my experience very poorly. However, Nicola from the Liforme team contacted me personally and arranged a new shipment, which arrived exactly on time as he promised. I am very happy with how I was treated; this is how a premium brand proves its value. I’m very satisfied now, and that’s why I’m changing my negative rating to a positive one.
