Eco mats apparently are known to attract dust - something that Yogamatters fails to warn in its description. Unfortunately I only found out when I used the mat and was then not eligible for a refund. If you look a the policy it is actually impossible to qualify for a refund as the mat was wrapped and taking off the wrapper just for an initial inspection makes a refund null and void (except where the item is faulty). Although I received a refund of 50% (not including postage) I cannot justify ordering from them again with such a restrictive returns policy.

These mats are of exceptional quality, and I'm thrilled with my second purchase. Although one of the mats had a minor manufacturing defect, customer service resolved it promptly. I am pleased to recommend them.

3 items were delivered. Not a big problem if they had let me know or proactively reimbursed me. They didn't.

I conatacted yogamatters to complain - indicating that my need to contact them to identify missing parts of my order was a massive problem, their response was to credit me the missing item and claim that because the item came out of stock after I ordered it there was no way for them to know or catch the issue.

Having worked for manufacturers for 30+ years I'm fully aware of the order, picking and delivery process. The idea that they only credit the refund if a customer happens to catch the short delivery is an absolute hogwash.

My order last week showed up with the wrong mat thickness and one cork block nicked, classic. Messaged yogamatters expecting the usual "we'll look into it" loop, but they arranged a swap same day and the correct eco rise mat arrived next day. The mat properly non slip, did a sweaty class and it stayed put, and the bolster fabric feels solid not floppy. Replacement was packed carefully, no squished edges, and they sorted the return label in about ten minutes. No faff, just competent suppport, which is rare.

My Yogamatters sticky mat and cork bricks arrived quickly and well packaged.
The sticky mat has a Grippy surface that stays put even when I'm sweaty, and the thickness feels just right for my knees...
The cork bricks are solid with smooth edges, pleasantly earthy to the touch and they dont wobble on my wooden floor.
I added a cotton bolster too and the cover feels soft yet sturdy while the fill is firm enough to support yin poses.
The eye pillow has a gentle lavender smell that's calming without being overpowering. Bulky items were taped securely and the cardboard wasn't scuffed, soo everything looked cared for upon arrival.

I'm using the belt daily for hamstring stretches, its simple to adjust and doesn't slip.

The website mentions a first time 10% discount in multiple places, but I wasn’t able to sign up for the newsletter. Turns out that is only possible if you enable cookies. I only learned this after sending them an email.

The products I bought (yoga clothes) are sourced from a third party, so the quality of those isn’t within control of yogamatters. I returned one out of two items, so I got to experience the return process. The return instructions are different, depending on where you look. One says to email them as soon as possible, the other one has bullet points on how to (just) send it back. The return form is manual, asking for a product code, that doesn't seem to be specified anywhere. (I guessed it was some number on a bag).
Return postage is not refunded, very unusual when I compare that to other yoga sites I buy from. I was initially refunded for the wrong item on the order, which was quickly corrected after I highlighted this. But really, I shouldn’t have to babysit it.
They use the checkout process from Shop (with its own app), which in my opinion, adds absolutely nothing to the whole operation.
I experienced the whole process as somebody running a hobby-website out of their extra room. It doesn’t seem to be well thought through.
I will look for a different website next time.

I ordered Organic Cotton Zip Up Yoga Bag in ocean green. It was lost in transit, but after I got in touch with the team, I received a new one quite promptly. But this is not why I'm giving three stars. I found out that the dyeing in cotton is quite aggressive and it can dye clothes when trapped in rain or soaked.

Really preferring the leggings fit for yoga and Pilates versus other brands. Not needing to pull up mid class, and no roll down during certain movements.

Sadly the experience was not great. I paid for shipping and then had to pay to post back as the trousers were too big, definitely not a small and they did not fit well. The colour was not matching the one on the website.

Beautiful quality well fitting leggings - much more comfy than Lulu Lemon and don’t keep slipping down. They’re not as thick as some leggings - definitely a comfortable yoga and gym legging for all seasons. I like them so much I’ve ordered 2 more pairs.
