If you fail a breath test, the ignition interlock device will enter a temporary lockout period for the first failed BAC test. Lockout times are set by state regulation. -
How much can I drink before I trigger a violation?
Tolerance levels vary by state but are extremely low. We strongly recommend avoiding alcohol entirely and checking personal care products for alcohol content. -
Can someone else start the car for me?
No. This is considered circumvention of the device and may result in fines or jail time. -
Can other drivers use the vehicle?
In most states, yes. Other drivers can be trained, but you are responsible for any violations.

The installation process was great but...
The installation process was great. After that, trying to get a hold of someone that knows what they are doing is impossible. Customer service is terrible. I can never get anyone to return my phone calls. I can't log into my account. For 2 months I have been calling, and no one can ever rectify the situation. Every person I speak to tell me a different amount that is owed every month. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else!
