I was so impressed

I was so impressed with the timely, professional and kind response I got from Lisa. We were planning a very last minute trip and she went out of her way to help us. It is so refreshing to receive such excellent customer service. We will absolutely use Lifeonabike in the future.

Trip of a lifetime for 10 guys from Santa Barbara

Dependable and reliable company came through on all their promises – met us at the agreed upon time & place… Supplied high-quality great bikes… (one of them had a few issues, but we were able to get it fixed at a local bike store along the way) Delivered on clean places to stay in safe neighborhoods… Easy to work with and very responsive…

Coordinating 10 friends across multiple days, bikes, towns and accommodations is dozens of small things that all have to work, and it means a lot that they did. The neighborhood selection in particular is something we sweat over with the local partners.
Sorry one of the bikes had issues — pre-trip checks are our job and we'll loop your feedback back to the operator so it doesn't repeat. Grateful you were unflappable about fixing it on the road.
