I just wanted to give a shout out to life Ionizers , I have had my filtration system for several years and have been so happy Great customer service, they are always so helpful . I take jugs of water with me when I travel , camp, road trip etc I have become a water snob I guess haha. It’s hard to drink anything else .
I love the options of purify, and the different levels of alkaline , I love cleaning with the acid water and washing my fruits and veggies . Hands down the best unit out there

I’ve had one of the filters for over a year now and I love it. We use it every day and feel so hydrated! We especially love the ability to have acidic for cleaning and plants and alkaline for drinking. Suggest these filters to all our friends.

Brad was a amazing dude to work with

The equipments is good but this looks like a timeshare deal. After you paid more than 4k for a unit! Now paying more than $500 a year in filters! It is absurd and the filter number 1 which is the one that have to be replaced the most! It only works for 3k litters however the specs are for 6k or 12 months!

While trying to order filters for my MLX15, I needed help figuring out which ones to order. Called in and talked with Brad, told him my budget and what I needed and he came up with a really good price.

Great system and well worth the investment! As I've gotten older, I've become more health conscious and made small, incremental improvements in my diet and exercise routines. I've been drinking hydrogen/alkaline water for years and love the positive health impacts. I tried the hydrogen water bottles and have gone through several. My life ionizer has been great! Easy to use and reliable. The water tastes delicious and the benefits are incredible. After shopping around for both quality and good pricing, sooo happy I found this company. From the first rep to installing, there was nothing but professionalism and full transparency. After some time with it at home, on top of great staff, the ionizer has made a huge difference for my family and I. Even our dog! You're not going to find a better company...from service, quality and pricing.

Ongoing problems…. Horrible communication from this company. I ordered filters 7 months ago now (needed new filters after 4-5 months of use because our original sale person sold us the wrong filters for our well….) first set “went missing” in transit.
Re-ordered filters, two months later receive 4/5 filtered that were ordered, called and was told the last one “shipped separately” but it actually was never shipped. Never even had that one in stock. This is SEVEN MONTHS later and the filter is still not in stock, I was never told there would be a delay, I’ve called/texted several times and am getting the run-around or no response at all. Absolutely horrible customer service and I’m seriously regretting spending so much money (or any money at all) on this machine with this company. I’ve been super patient up until now.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM unless you are prepared for months of frustrating/lack of communication, incorrect/unfulfilled orders, and smelly water!

The initial product is great. But now the customer service is absolutely terrible. I placed an order on 7/30 and didn’t receive the product till 10/7. Additionally the wrong product was sent and my bank account was charged $90 over what they invoiced me for.
I have emailed and called with numerous people within the company and they always direct me to someone else who “handles that issue”
As of right now I still don’t have a remedy, I have a product that I didn’t order and don’t need and they refuse to refund my account.

Brad was great at clarifying what filters I needed to order to keep my ionizer working well. He called me back in a timely manner also.
