I’ve used my MXL-11 for 4 years now. I won’t drink any other water! I ordered a 2nd one for a 2nd home. Anytime I have an issue or question Ricardo explains so I understand and quickly helps me troubleshoot. He knows me, he knows these machines inside and out, and that makes such a difference!

My brother in law has been getting to get my to try alkaline water for some time now. I decided to give it a try. I stopped by his house and filled up a few gallons. Besides this water tasting good, I'm starting to experience a few health benefits. It is helping neutralize the acid improve my digestion, and it has given my metabolism a boost. I plan on getting a system for my home as soon it financially feasible.

Good morning, I have the Life M13 X Next Generation and I love this machine the water has a very clean taste that is better than any bottle water or filter water that I have had and I have tried many other devices,but this one I take my hat off too!!!!

Mary was amazing in helping us figure out our error message. She was quick to give the perfect solution and we are back to having great water without all the chemicals from the tap. I would definitely ask for Mary in the future if I need help again.

I’ve owned the life ionizer machine since 2010. I bought three of them given the oldest ones to my kids moved on with the newest one their life-changing absolutely life-changing if you’re on arthritis medication it’ll have you off that medication within six months as long as you drink about 3/4 of a gallon a day if you ever have the chance to buy one, please do because they are amazing

I am so appreciative of Life Ionizers! They are truly willing to help their customers! I called to check on my filter order and they let me know they were backed up due to the overseas shipping. But the gentleman that answered the phones after hours was great! I did not get his name before he hung up. It was around 530pm pst today. He was very helpful. He asked me how close I was to my machine shutting down and then did his best to accommodate me. He said he would rush deliver my filter to me 🥲. Thank you Life ionizers for your good customer service. You really came through for us!!

I bought my Life Ionized Alkaline water filter in 2014. The health advantages I have received are too numerous to name. I recently had an issue and send it in for repair. Ricardo was very helpful and expedited my repair as quickly as possible. He was a pleasure to work with and now that I have my filter back I'm extremely happy.

I have used my mxl-15 for years. I love the taste of the water and peace of mind knowing I'm drinking quality water. I always fill thermoses when I will be away, I can't stand the thought of drinking other water now.

I love my Daily Essential Ionizer Elevate MXL-7™ Alkaline Water Hydrogen Unit. It was easy to set up, came with everything that was needed. I love that it is an under the counter model to keep the kitchen looking clean and clutter free. I have felt significantly more hydrated since purchasing this machine and feel so much better about drinking clean, ionized water. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was the long wait from order to delivery and the tariff charge when it finally got here. Otherwise, great machine and great company! Brian was helpful as well!

Called and contacted Paul about a Citric Acid filter issue and was pleased to find out that I had done every step correctly in installing it and activating the cleaning process. Machine is running great.

Ricardo responded first thing this morning, and after our conversation, he sent me three options for a part I needed for my faucet as well as the URL to purchase the citric acid filter.
