I ve had MXL15 and absolutely love the hydrogen and antixodant benefits that it provides. The amount of energy have increased significantly. I feel more alert and work outs are more productive because I am repleneshing my body with enough nutrients that it needs for a healthy living! So glad to have found life ionizers!!

We have always received excellant customer support when we have had questions. We had to send our unit in for a through cleaning and it was repaired and returned promptly.

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM because you will get ZERO support. The unit was sold to me based upon the premise that it was low maintenance and super easy to change the filters. Not so - first time water leaked into the printed circuit board and had to return for repair. Reached out the 2nd time my system needed a filter change and they said they were too busy to help me and referred me to the diagram on website. I followed the diagram and once again water leaked out so same issue. DO NOT BUY because they are the worse company I have dealt with

I recieved my unit about 7 months ago. December my PET scan showed no signs of cancer
The last one also shows no signs of cancer.
The water tastes great , my dog loves it and actually is playing more. They told me I'll receive filters for life, I'm waiting on that

Have had a LifeIonizer system for over 15 years. First one lasted and did well, we did have some issues getting filter replacements but not as bad as now. We have a new 11 model and have placed two orders for replacement filters and nothing so far. Have tried calling and emailing and just get crickets. Finally disputing credit card charges with bank and going to trash the system. Company is awful!! I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

We checked around to replace our ionizer and all investigations lead us to life Iionizer for the best quality. Very happy so far

Have been a loyal customer for over 10+ years. Have an older unit 7700 that is still going strong. Some day I will upgrade (they have great deals on that too)...when I have some extra $$.
Customer service is really top notch. They are very helpful and informative. Definitely worth the initial investment!

Ordered my set of filters for the year with Fred - very kind, patient and helpful. Happy customer since 2017. Had an issue with my old unit and they sent me a brand new one free of charge. Nothing but great things to say about the company.

I have the MXL-15 under counter water filter. I love it. The power button on the filter above counter is a little sensitive but once you know the spot to click it’s fine. I use the alkaline water the most. Also because it’s under the counter depending on where you put the filter system it may be hard to hear the automated voice communication. But once you know commands you don’t miss it. It’s a great machine

Water tastes the way it should, clean and flavorless. Friends notice how many additives are put in our tap water i never buy bottles water anymore.

My Lifeionizer is a staple item in my kitchen and in my daily routines.

Making my coffee, cooking and drinking good water has been a great investment for my home.

Wouldn’t not want to have it.

So many uses and so easy to use and maintain.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They sent me a defective unit, I paid to return that defective unit, and was then refused a refund because the unit was defective. They do not stand behind their products. I am out $4,220.83 plus the return shipping fees, and am now being forced to take legal action just to get my money back.

I started with a water Life machine, 2007. Had it for over 16 years, now I have a new MXL-7. This machine is just easier and water taste wonderful. It's undercounter and I installed it my self. I know that Life water ionizers are always there for my support. Thank You.

We purchased a year ago. My husband was very skeptical. I had my brother install it for us and my husband just replaced the filters for the first time. We admittedly did not read up as thoroughly as we should have and Brad was very helpful teaching us how to maintain the system properly.

Great customer service. Brad and Ricardo went the extra mile during non-business hours to help us rectify a set up confusion. Five stars all the way.
