Got all my money back from my bank , first life cell said it was a trial all I had to pay was shipping, they charged my card 95 $ second they dipped into my card AGAIN for 12.95 ( for nothing ) their product DOES NOTHING !!! Do not buy or trust this company
I’m appalled with you. Too bad I can’t post a picture of your fake before and after pics. You use the same photo and blur the skin I hope people look closer and see that the lashes in the hair are in the exact same position exact. I am completely grossed out that you would use the vulnerability of people looking to improve their skin, pretending your stupid product works.
This is a scam company. Don't even engage with them.
I ordered FREE TRIAL . It is $4.25 shipping only but charged my card $189.¡!!!!! Scam. So my first card was declined and now I know why. It put me over my limit. So if my debit card is charged $189. I will dispute it as a scam. I want to cancel this 03/13/24.
I am very happy with LifeCell…it is creamy not greasy. If people say it’s shiny or greasy, they may have purchased a fake or knock off! Be careful you buy from reputable seller. I’m 72 and have bad sun damaged skin, but this cream has helped a lot…I use the face cream under my eyes too! Never have a bad reaction.
This crap is no Better then face cream you buy at Walmart for 11.99 It sure as Hell isn't worth me being Scammed out of 189.00 for Trash that doesn't even work !!!!!
Thus product is absolute rubbish and doesn’t fulfill any of its overblown claims. I’m sure if I had the testing wherewithal to hand I would find it’s nothing but a tube of, at best, basic, high-street-available emollient. Don’t waste your money.
Lifecell you are sneaky as hell! I did a one time purchase to try and regretted it right away but you kept my credit card and billed me for the next stupid product eventhough I did not subscribe, you considered me one by sending me another one right away as a recurring purchase to which like i said i did not signed up, how dare you! I tried to dispute it with my bank but you are super sneaky, how are u even able to sleep at night tricking people like this? Stop billing my credit card and stop sending me your bogus products that I don't need!

I like the feel of the way it goes on my skin but the product is too pricey without enough proven improvements.
the product dont improve anything after 2 month of use 2 time a day ..
Bought a $4 trail product and I was immediately put on a monthly $189 auto pay that I did not sign up for. They stated the amount of $189 in the fine print on the receipt email of the $4 order!!! SCAMMERS!
I filed a dispute with my bank and asked to change my card.
They started a subscription a few months back. We had to call to stop the subscription last month and get a refund for several months Now on 12/2 they started ANOTHER subscription without our consent and sent another $89 product. So I had to call AGAIN and cancel. What's with these scammers?
The terms and conditions of the contract cannot shield you from legal liabilities and consequences. They charge 189 twice
I was charged the $189 subscription IMMEDIATELY when signing up even when they confirmed with me that it would be $4.25 for the first 30 days!
Major disappointment! I purchased this product in a trial, the cream is heavy and synthetic and caused my skin to break out! I never have skin break out and have great skin for (63) I wanted to “try” it for the fine lines snd wrinkles…it did not work for that and I’m still trying to clear up the break out for over 1 week! I emailed to cancel anything further snd was told you owe $189! OMG….beware of the fine print! I am shipping the tube back and I have already contacted my financial institution as to what they are doing! Any company with a great product would not have to retail it in such an unprofessional and dishonest way. I find it greatly appalling and are they making this cream in someone’s basement and then scamming all of us that it’s really worth $200 a tube???? It’s definitely not!
I tried the All in one Anti aging treatment and loved it right away. My face looked radiant and the skin felt firmer. Will try the other products. Wish you guys had a product for belly fat
They removed my question on IG in regards to their products instead answering and classed me as spam. Therefore I will not buy the serum nor the cream and it’s only one star as I don’t believe their costumer service will be up to scratch.
Why can you buy this product online at eBay and many other sites for between $6 to $20 yet the company charges so much . People need to google before buying anything
All I want to say is that I was so excited to try this cream!
When I received it in the mail, I washed my face and tried it right away.
Holy crap! All it does is completely dry your face out and make your skin worse. The next morning my fine lines were much more noticable! All the reviews on LifeCells website are lies. I tried clicking on some of the people's FB profiles who are leaving these AMAZING reviews, and guess what... Some profiles are fake or just recently created. I truly believe Lifecell is creating fake FB accounts to make their company look great! All models on their website are photoshopped or have makeup packed on their face! Lifecell cream does not work! Trust me!! They should be ashamed of themselves for taking people's hard earned money and trading it out for a crappy product! I wrote this review on their website to try and warn other's, and LifeCell removed my review. Go figure! 😡
Managing my account:
I had a live chat with a lifecell representative on their website. I asked for instructions for logging into my account and was told I had no access. I then expressed that I wanted to understand if I had been signed up for a subscription. I really didn't know. I was informed that I had been and I requested to cancel the subscription because I was in the first 30 days of evaluating the product. I also told the rep that I was loving the product and recommending it to friends and family. She then told me my subscription had been cancelled and blocked from receiving future promotions as if I was trying to steal something I wasn't entitled to receive. After giving her the feedback that I didn't understand that the order placed required me to sign up for a subscription she replied that it WAS clear...... Remember, I chatted lifecell to seek to understand something that was NOT obvious to me as a new customer. Very sad and I will not be placing another order for a product I am really liking due to a terrible rep who continued arguing with me for about 15 to 20 minutes.
