Definitely not buying here anymore
Definitely not buying here anymore. I loved Liewood products and finally decided to buy my kids your products. But this has been quite a mistake and horrible experience with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever by the company. I made an order more than 2 weeks ago and liewood passed on incomplete address to the delivery company and they weren’t able to deliver and are not permitted to alter the address. This has turned out into a complete hassle unfortunately due to an incomplete information sent by yourselves and NO ONE has contacted me about it since. I’ve sent more than 3 emails in the last 10days with no reply. I would expect more from such a respected company with high end products. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!!

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Takes 10+ days to answer. If an order wasnt delivered correctly they refuse to issue an refund or re-ship until all goods had returned all the way to their warehouse. The shipping company told us they didnt receive our phone number from the shop and liewood claims we filled out the address wrong even though the shipping company confirmed the address was not the problem. It had been over two months now, no goods, no money, no updates unless we "bother" them. No effort to resolve the situation in a way that would be acceptable to us.

I have purchased several of your items…
I have purchased several of your items in the past but I do worry about the quality of some of your products especially the toys. I purchased some alphabet blocks in December, don't get me wrong they are beautiful but I had to wipe over several of the blocks due to messy hands and the paint is coming of which is very disappointing.
I also purchased a wooden shape sorter and the coloured blocks chip very easily. Purchased from scandiborn but they do not deserve any negitive reviews as it is not there product

As per my previous rating liewood have failed to deliver my product, failed to provide a tracking number and continue to ignore my emails. This is unacceptable, I have taken to trust pilot in the hope they will reply to this negative review

Worst customer service. No refund just because they ignore you
1 of items did not meet the quality we have expected. Wanted to return(as there were no information in the packgae how to do that) wrote an email, filled online form, wrote to Facebook, even left a comment after the pic to reply to customers. No response. This is a disgrace Not even to write back to the customer. It is actually illegal what they are doing as they suppose provide possibility for customers to return the product, and now we cant. How business can be run like this?
