Great customer experience

Great customer experience! They were very responsive and helpful throughout the ordering and dispatching process. I realised that I ordered the wrong size (I'm in between sizes) and they shipped me the correct size in the same day!

The best board in the market!

After riding that board there is no way back, it’s the same addictive as kitesurfing.
It’s not only about the amazing designs that make the boards separated from the crowd, it’s the smooth landings , forget about painful knees after every session.
The Lieuwe team makes a great job on speed, for a custom board they deliver really fast .

Lieuwe Falcon

I have been enjoying the Falcon for several weeks now, and I must say, it has been quite an adventure in various conditions. Whether I'm gliding on glassy waters or tackling choppy waves with wind speeds ranging from 15 to 35 knots, this board has proven to be incredibly capable.

What truly stands out is its exceptional control, even when I'm pushing the limits at high speeds and dealing with overpowering gusts. This level of control allows me to concentrate on perfecting my take-offs without any distractions.

In the air, I've come to appreciate the board's minimal drag, which significantly enhances my ability to perform board-offs and spins seamlessly. This is precisely why I opted for the smaller Falcon 133, considering my height and weight (180cm/80kg). The agility and responsiveness are truly remarkable.

Furthermore, the board's comfort features have not gone unnoticed. After trying a friend's board, I've developed a strong preference for the Falcon's plush footpads, which provide a softer landing experience, especially for those moments when landings aren't as precise as we'd like them to be.

Having ridden several other boards, such as the Shotgun 133, 136, and the Oceana 137, I can confidently say that the Falcon has won me over. It meets all my expectations and then some. It's safe to say that finding a board that surpasses this one will be quite the challenge. The Falcon has truly redefined the game.

Lieuwe Falcon Review - Carbon Masterpiece for Big Air

Here is my review of the Lieuwe Falcon, Carbon board for Big Air:

- Design that maximizes pop for higher jumps
- Forgiving in landings
- Top-notch finishing
- Stealth design

After using the Falcon kitesurfing board from Lieuwe for 14 kite days, I can confidently say that this board is a masterpiece designed for big air discipline. The board is entirely made of carbon, it is light but also flexible making it very performant in flat and choppy conditions (not tested in waves).

During my experience with the Lieuwe Falcon, I hit two personal records within two weeks, which is a testament to how much the board improved my pop and takeoff in choppy waters. The board's thin, flexible, and ultra-light. Its design allowed it to suck into the water before takeoff, resulting in maximum line tension.

What's more impressive is the board's forgiveness. The rocker design enabled me to land hot in a chop without losing my balance.

The finishing of the board is top-notch, and the clicking system for attaching the foot straps is precise and satisfying.

Despite my initial worries about sand getting into the mechanism, it didn't seem to have any trouble. The attention to detail, from the graphics to the fins, is at a level I've never seen on a kiteboard. The stealthy look of the board is beautiful, and I love how it looks even better as time passes.

While I haven't had enough time to test the board's durability thoroughly, I did ride over a nasty fisherman stick with extremely sharp shell formation, leaving a mark but no significant damage. This is impressive, especially compared to my previous board (not Lieuwe), which tended to peel off and fall apart in this situation.

I used the board in flat and choppy conditions with wind ranging from 14kts to 35kts; I didn't test it using waves as kickers yet.

I am genuinely impressed by the Lieuwe team's craftsmanship and passion for kiteboarding.

This new Falcon board is my absolute go-to, and I highly recommend it.

About me, I'm 1m85 for 74kg, and I chose the 137cm size. I'm an intermediate+ rider (Jump PR: 14m, Kiteloops over 7m).

Lieuwe Falcon

Lieuwe Falcon - I must say that this board has exceeded my expectations in every way. With its carbon construction, the Falcon is incredibly light, yet not overly stiff, allowing for a great balance between responsiveness and comfort.

I've taken the Falcon out in various wind conditions ranging from 15 to 40 knots, mostly in waves but also on some flat water spots around Cape Town. It has performed at the highest level.

The grip of the rail is exceptional, allowing me to lean into it before launching into big jumps, while still maintaining a playful feel on the water. I've had over 20 sessions on the Falcon so far, and it has quickly become my go-to board for kitesurfing adventures.

The Lieuwe pro pads and straps that come with the board are also top-notch, providing great comfort and support.

Overall, the Lieuwe Falcon is an awesome kitesurfing board that delivers on all fronts. It's a joy to ride, handles exceptionally well in various conditions, and comes with high-quality accessories. I would recommend it to any serious kitesurfer who values performance and craftsmanship. Well done, Lieuwe, keep up the excellent work!

Lieuwe falcon 137

I an one of the lucky ones to have the new Lieuwe falcon.
I have the 137 and am 192cm my self and 85kg.
I have ridden the board in 15 till 40 knots of wind mostly on flat water. But also one downwinder in the Netherlands already.
I love the feeling of the board. It's carbon very very light but not to stiff. It cuts through chop like it does not exist. The rail is very grippy if you "lean" on it before you want to do a big jump. But still very playfull on the water at the same time.

Up until today i did 20+ sessions on it.
The Lieuwe pro pads and straps are also really nice.

Love the complete setup.
And also the passion of the guys making them is contagious they are all very passionate kiters.

My first impression was wow what a…

My first impression was wow what a beautiful board and super light. With my 1,78m length I’m using the 135 board. Before the falcon is was riding the oceana 137 als a nice board but the falcon is more playful. We were lucky in the Netherlands and had some nice windy days. Days with 16kn but also days with 35+ wind. In all types of wind it’s even playful love it. Flat water it carves beautiful and slices true the waves on sea. The falcon is for me the best board I’ve ever ride. Good work lieuwe and thanks
