I think everyone has a special place, my special place is Edinburgh City Centre. This model from lichtbild Manufaktur captures my favourite area in magnificent detail. I enjoy looking at it in detail and naming all the streets and discovering hidden lanes, that I wasn't aware of before having this model. It looks wonderful with the main buildings and infrastructure in white, offset against the green hills and city parks. Definitely one of my favourite artworks and purchases.

It’s really nice to see your neighborhood, buildings, streets around you with such detail.
If you have the skills you could even paint it.

In Dec 25 I got engaged to my fiancé in Germany and so I wanted to get her a present that would capture the place where I proposed and this 3D map print is perfect!
First of all the price is excellent, the process was seamless, the manufacture and delivery time was fantastic and I would definitely consider purchasing from them again. The piece itself is amazing and this really was a great find.

A fantastic model of my home city Norwich. Honestly more detailed than I expected. Was impressed with the accuracy of the topography, albeit Norwich being flatter than most places.
The joins between the 4 tiles is noticeable in places, but I’m still willing to overlook this due to the overall quality of work.

What a novel idea; I like the end result although zooming in a bit more would make buildings more recognisable.

Very pleased with both the product and the customer experience

All good although the cathedral (for which the town is famous) looks tiny vs the school and has no towers..

Ordered a framed model and was vert disappointed with the product

First they has used geo date that was more than 5 years old

Second the 4 pieces comprising the framed model are badly joined together rather than being a seamless map

Third the customer service was very poor when I pointed out the data was over five years old and instead of finding solutions for an unhappy customer I was refereed to the terms and conditions and was told that it was my responsibly to have checked the data before ordering

Very disappointed with the customer service I have recurved to date and maybe this will prompt the startup to give better service to an unhappy customer

From ordering to delivery was excellent. Easy to order exactly what I wanted, I was informed at each stage on the progress through to delivery. Delivery was prompt and the model is wonderful. Absolutely love it, worth every penny.

Read the reviews here before ordering and saw some complaints about the quality of the work. But that isn’t my experience. The whole process was smooth and the result excellent. I had a genuine emotional response when I opened the box. It works really well with cities like NY. Very happy.
