Lichtbild Reviews

Very pleased with purchase. Would highly recommend.

I want to congratulate you on the model you made; it's very beautiful.

model for me: location Parma city Italy

models i gave as present: monte Cervino, Matterhorn mountain and location Breuil Cervinia town Italy

Great product - great service

I absolutely love my model!! Quality is great and being able to precisely specify the geographical area is brilliant.

Just what I wanted but just a bit costly for the product itself, and to add ons were quite expensive too

Beautifully detailed 3-D map! Very fast shipping, I’m surprised the product could be made so quickly. Thanks!

Great product well made and speedily delivered. Good communications in terms of delivery times etc.
One suggestion (not a complaint) is that it could be offered within a glass covered frame as I think the detailed map could get dirty over time. I am planning to put mine into a glass covered frame.

“ Thank you for your message.
The €10 goodwill refund was processed two weeks ago, as announced, and has already been credited to your original payment method.
Regarding the shipping fee: the delivery service was carried out. Your parcel was transported to Denmark and delivered to your address, where you received it. Where exactly the carrier placed the parcel at your address does not mean the shipping service was not provided. A refund of the shipping costs would only apply if the shipment had been lost or damaged, which is not the case here.
We therefore will not issue any further refund, and we consider this matter closed”.

Easy to design. Quick delivery

Very unique item. Accurate with all borders correct as ordered. Surprisingly fast delivery with nice packaging. Recommended!

The model is great and the topography and layout really accurate

Wedding venue of my friends in France, August 2026. Unique gift.

Easy to get exact location of our home , very unusual and bespoke artwork model of our area.

Model is great. Its of a place in Turkey we went to for many years but am unable to now as my wife has dementia. Planning to order a couple of other “special places”

Very efficient. Model arrived quickly and as described.

The model looks really cool and accurate to the map sent. It was a present, and the people who received it were really happy and impressed. Definitely recommend

Everything was great! Delivery was fast (just a few days), the model looks very pretty and it might not be super detailed because it's a small village, but it's definitely very recognizable and that's all that matters to me. It was a present and they loved it too! Thank you!

So clever. Easy process. Can’t wait to give it as a present.

A chaotic start and an incorrect order, but in the end, everything was sorted out.
