I accidentally purchased the wrong version of office Windows vs. Mac, and David the rep helping me was extremely quick to respond and resolve my issue, providing me a free exchange of office windows for Mac! I was able to resolve in the matter of a few hours with David, whereas I'm sure other companies might have taken, days or weeks to exchange or issue a refund. Additionally, it is so nice to be going back and forth with what appears to be a person instead of a bot. Really appreciate the support on the site.

i recently bought a license through License Tom and had a great experience. The original buy was beyond smooth. The license was emailed to me super quickly.
