Ordered in September. It’s now the end of November; no shipping, no communication, including no response to my email inquiry. There’s no way to contact them or complain. I’m about to dispute the charge.

They used to be legit. Seems like anything ordered within the last year isn't being fulfilled.

Ordered. Item not received. No response to my inquiry. SCAM.

Same experience as the rest! Friends and I have ordered from this company in the past with no issues so didn't even think to google reviews before places my latest order.

Order placed 6/26 and I have not received the merchandise or any shipping information or responses to my inquiries placed directly through their website (no other way to contact them). I am attempting to file a dispute, but since I used my paypal account it will not be as easy as disputing a credit card charge. Lesson learned!

Ordered a couple items on 4/8/23 (it’s now 7/6/23) and never received any updates on when it would ship. I filed a complaint with my cc company and thankfully was reimbursed on 6/12/23. They no longer have any social media presence, where angry customers had taken to the comments to complain about their orders never arriving. They don’t have a presence on the BBB website as they did before. There’s something fishy going on with this company. They’ve been great in the past but now it’s scammy.

Order was placed on 10/29 with a stated turnaround time of 4-7 days followed by 2-3 day shipping. I received an email 11/5 stating shipping was delayed and I’d receive another email when it shipped. Here we are 15 days later and still no shipment. I have emailed multiple times, sent multiple Facebook messages, and left multiple Facebook comments (along with others in the same boat) with no response. Their last social media post was 11/3 and emails I’ve received are from different addresses each time. I’m now in the process of disputing charges and have filed a complaint with the BBB. If you value your money and don’t want a company stealing from you, do NOT order from this company.

If I could I would give this company 0. I have bought from them before and no issues. However I recently made a huge order (300) and had to return items. It was an easy process to return, however they never refunded my money. I emailed them multiple times and left messages through their online form and they never responded. I know they received the items since tracking shows it. It has been over a month and I have contacted them over 8 times. No response.
