I have to say that it took a very long time for my compensation reach my bank account!
Although the claim had been confirmed back in November it took 3 months to finally reach my account after many back and forth correspondence between me and Lexority…
But they got it right at the end !!!

They have never pay what was due to me and have ignored my multiple emails regarding the payment although they have issued me with the amount that I have been awarded !!
I’m completely unsatisfied and would never recommend this company at all for compensation they are not professional or trustworthy

Lexority is a scum. I filed for a refund from vuling airlines. I gave them a mandate to get my refund. It is now 6 months I didn't get anything except a message to wait. I can understand the prossese might take some time. But 6 months is too long.
Now,I gave up. I am here to warn other users not to fall in their trap. It a scum . They will never do as they promised.

Shitty company i booked a whole flight that was a connection stop with around 1hr and half between from Morocco to France and then back to UK the flight to France was so delayed that i missed my flight back home to UK they asked me for all relevant documents etc which i sent all and then they told me i wasn't eligible for any refund as it was not 3 hours but the flight connection was this time. Makes no sense and wouldn't recommend no apology or anything lost £250 and had to book another flight after staying in airport 14hours to wait for it.

Don´t trust! Bad Professionals.
My baggage was lost 5 days. I got an offer from the airline that I considered low. I contact Lexority. After 12 Months, they write me that they won the case. It was only 15€ more than the offer from the airline, minus their fees (35%+taxes 21%=42%!!). Result: I got 70€ less than the first offer from the Airline. But it gets worst: I asked for proof of works and got the Judge's Sentence, only to find out that the Judge actually ruled an additional fee, but failed to write it properly. Any careful lawyer would have claim the mistake. Since I got notice too late, I couldn't even claim myself.
In few words: claim your rights, but with good Lawyers, not with Lexority.

Good, but not a transparent process.
TLDR -> Not a scam, just a poor system of communication and updates.
So, I got my money after 2 years. They did the job and were professional in terms of communication.
Here's the weird thing. I emailed them after a year and it was still in process. After 2 years I viewed my online claim and it was listed as being won. When I emailed them, they said the airline had not paid them yet.
Maybe they rely on people forgetting their claims. It's strange that they don't have an FAQ about the process or send an email when a case has been won, but indicating that the airline might take some time to pay.
In sum, they got me my money and are fairly professional and responsive email-wise. But only after 2 years, with no updates, no transparency, a poorly functioning online dashboard, and a questionably late release of funds.
Make of it what you will, but it is probably worth working with Lexority rather than not. Small tweaks to their update/notification system and a smoother online portal would yield a much happier customer base, if that's what they're looking for.

Lost luggage
I lost my luggage during my flight i called multiple times to airlines but they failed to handle this as a serious concern then lexority helped me to get my claim although there was a commission but uts ok as you dont have to run to places.

Filed a claim two years back. No transparently on the process whatsoever. Asked for status updates several times but always the answer like ‘it’s stil in process’. Not trustworthy.

There is no way to track one's claim and once one uploads all the information they require one has NO record of any of it. Blip! It's all gone. Having read another 1-star review it seems Lexority takes all your information, submits a claim to the airline responsible, collects the injured party's funds, and then keeps them! Great scam they have going here. DO NOT BE FOOLED. Go to your airline directly. Do not use a third party.
