John was extremely helpful as I had several items needed attention. He was patient, explaining new technology to me and was able to solve my issues. Highly recommend.

While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Having made the awful mistake of water spillage, 'killing' my computer I searched for 'laptop repairs' stating my problem and the first to reply and follow up was Lewis Computech which I regarded as a good sign, especially as I was also contacted by phone. My computer was looked at and properly assessed by Ola who came around the next day and I was given choices such as getting a new and expensive motherboard. I decided on a new computer, one was in my price range and did exactly what I wanted, was ordered, delivered by Ola and set up to my usage already having briefed Ola who had listened. The service, the advice, and the immediately responded to contact after my first contact was an unusually good experience and I at no stage felt pressured into anything, but rather given given choices. A company I would highly recommend.
