Found Lewis Computech online and am beyond impressed with their service! John the techie was attentive, taking the time to understand my tech issues thoroughly. The technician who helped me was not only knowledgeable but also explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Job done well, timely and with very good communication
Lewis Computech did a fantastic job when it came to updating our churches web hosting services and email services. We were working under a tight timeframe and were able to transition all our accounts without any loss of data and in a timely manner. What i like about the services is that Lewis Computech layered out all our options, costs, advantages and disadvantages. THey also stated what was beyond their capabilties and what was within their scope of possibilities, which managed expectations. John did a terrific job fixing our email problem today. It was so bad that I had been missing emails for a while as it turned out. It is now all fixed up and working excellently and difficult fix to manage but John simply thought each step out logically and put it into practice one step at a time. He was absolutely terrific.
