Ilayda was lovely to talk to and very helpful with what I required her help with, she did a great job and I would definitely recommend her and the company.

After filling out a form incorrectly, I was contacted by Ilayda over email and they did an excellent job at clearing up my confusion. All emails were responded to within minutes making it a smooth process not only for me but also the landlord which I am requesting tenancy from. Excellent Job, Very satisified.

The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and had such a kind voice She solved my wuerie in 1 call.

I spoke with Iladya over email and she promptly phoned me to speed up the process of my query, she was very helpful and made the process of obtaining my references quick and smooth. Great service for private landlords. Had a few teething problems with my 1st use but I have to say Alex from support was amazing. Of the 20 or so viewings appointments I made with prospective tenant's, sadly a large percentage were no shows. After booking in a certain number of viewings open ref offered free prescreening. That would of been handy at the start.

I used it to do a credit check for my tenant, it is easy, fast and value for money.

Used Lettingref to complete a tenant reference. Credit check. Etc. It was as easy as uploading all the required information and supporting documents. As needed. Paid the fee. And hence, the reference came through as complete. Nothing to fault really. Recommended. Thanks.

Reeks of incompetence....
Was sent a reference form by this company and first impression was that the form looks 10 years out of date. This would be forgivable if the form actually worked. It asks for 3 years address history and despite providing over 4 years worth on the submission page the form does not allow submission due to an error "you must provide at least 3 years address history". Contacted their 'customer support' via email and they were just as useless as the broken form. This organisation just reeks of incompetence.

Platform is well designed and easy to use, but I finding it frustrating if you get stuck, then customer service is not the greatest, especially using support email. It's not helpful either when you have to call 0845 number!!!
Tenants can't find upload documents section, so they have to email separately.

We are finding the service very useful and easy to use, however, it would be beneficial if the report had more information, i.e - if the person has had missed payments or defaulted on a loan, rather than just if they have ccj's.

I would use them again for their user friendly website and call contact.

The price is good too.

Generally well priced and quick service. The only problem has been if the tenants being referenced have not got three years of residency history in the UK.

It is very easy to complete the information required and you are prompted for additional information. Referencing is usually completed quickly and efficiently.
