Absolutely amazing service and fast delivery. We ordered 13 engraved plant pots and every single one came perfect! We always use Letterfest every year and are always happy! Thank you again!

We were very unhappy with the memorial stone we received, our dogs name was unreadable if you were more than 2 feet away . We contacted customer services at which point they asked us to send photos , which we did . They have never got back to us and indeed I think they may have blocked us .Please do not buy from this company .

Fantastic customer service. I purchased a watercolor of a friend’s house and a frame as a gift. When they arrived, the frame was broken, but the print was OK. They responded immediately when I sent them an email and they replaced the frame within a couple of days, I would definitely recommend this company and I will use them again.

Worth every penny. Bought as a wedding gift for my best mate. Quality is perfect and great communication throughout. Would highly recommend.

Had to contact them about an order, because I found a better option they offered. Their customer service was outstanding, and took care of switching my orders.

Maybe this will get your attention! There have been 7 email exchanges between Letterfest and myself. I placed an order for a Mother's Day gift on 5/1/25 which was immediately followed up w/an address correction. I was assured by: "Lily" that my gift was being mailed to our new address in SC and not NJ. 'Still haven't received my purchase. So dissatisfied w/your company.

.My order was never delivered, and I’ve tried contacting the shop multiple times without any response. The order was a watercolor illustration of my mother and my baby — a special Mother’s Day gift for my mom. I’m very disappointed. It I will not recommend this shop.UPDATE: the customer service contacted me two days after this post and she was able to help me by sending a replacement which this time arrived without problem thanks

I just wanted to write and say thank you. The silver wedding engraved anniversary outdoor pot arrived today and it’s beautiful. It really is something special. I originally saw your advert on Facebook and I’m now thinking for whom I can buy more personalised pots for! I showed the pot to my partner and they said, wow, thats a really lovely gift! And thank you to Marie, you swiftly replied the evening of my order and rectified my mistake of submitting the wrong date for engraving. Tip Top all round. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Helpful and understanding - I had a problem with an order and Letterfest were very quick to respond to my query and to send out a replacement stone for a much loved dog. Brilliant service - I have ordered from them before and will do so again. Thank you so much!

I ordered a Mommie & Me portrait last week, hoping it would arrive for my daughter in law’s Mother’s Day. I actually recd the proof on Sunday, and went back & forth a couple of times asking for some changes.
I received it today, Thursday, in time for Mother’s Day

Great product and great service. I ordered two of these, and one turned out perfect. The other one I realized I needed a lot of changes with and their service was super accommodating in getting me exactly what I needed.

I made a mistake with my order and I needed it canceled. Marie from customer service was able to track it down and cancel the order for me and gave me a refund. Friendly and fast service!

I ordered a Watercolour Wedding Sketch of the venue of my son's wedding. The final result is wonderful and Marie was very helpful throughout the process. Delivery was quick after we approved the draft.

I have ordered several gifts from Letterfest. Lovely products which all the recipients have been delighted with! Great customer service and fast delivery. Highly recommend.

Disappointed. Got the house print and most of the lovely house was cut off. The actual size of the house drawing was so small that you can't even tell it's the same home. I agreed to the proof as I didn't have time to wait for changes to be made, but I won't use them again. This is just a computer image and not the "hand drawn" I was expecting. .
