If I could give it zero stars I would. Package has not arrived after kultipke back and forth emails with the company, prompting me to search to see if this is all a scam. Got word today the package was out for delivery and then found out it’s being returned to sender, after a week of being in transit.
This was a gift to commemorate a death. I’m extremely disappointed in this company.
After a successful order sent as a gift, I attempted to get a copy of the print myself but with different wording. It has been a disaster. First, Letterfest sent the wrong print. Then the original print was sent to the person I’d gifted it to. Then I received the correct print but not in a frame and now I have received that same print AGAIN without a frame. No way to speak to a person, only emails to I people who clearly don’t care. I just want a refund at this point. I loved what they did initially but this crappy service is a massive pain and I still don’t have the product I paid for!!
Update: The generic email they offer in their response is answered by different people so there's no continuity except for another apology followed by an incorrect order. I did get a requested refund. Then I received yet another person's print!

I placed an order on the 8th of April, and it didn’t arrive until the 17th — far too late, especially as it was meant to be a birthday present.
The whole process was frustrating from the start. The artist repeatedly made changes to my picture that I never asked for. Despite clear picture provided by me that I wanted the drawing came back completely wrong multiple times. I had to request amendments four times. Each time, they added odd features like strange eyebrows and even removed important details that were clearly visible in the original photo. For example, an item that was required (and clearly shown in the picture) was removed for no reason, which made no sense at all and completely changed the picture (his hat in operation room after my c section)
On top of that, communication and delivery were very poor. I had to repeatedly chase them just to find out where my order was. It wasn’t dispatched for days, and only after multiple messages did they finally send it with next-day delivery — I genuinely don’t believe it would have been sent at all if I hadn’t kept following up.
Even then, I specifically asked for early delivery on Friday, and it didn’t arrive until after 6pm, which completely defeated the purpose as it was a birthday gift. I ended up having to buy another present and they didn’t even care to make it right or apologise.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. Poor communication, unnecessary delays, and low attention to detail. I would not recommend — avoid
My response to your comment - this is inaccurate- I’ve approved the correct order Thursday 9.04 and you still kept asking me to approve on Friday 10.04 when it was already done and you acknowledged a mistake on your behalf. And they some some reason it was not shipped until 16th so 7 days after my approval !!! when it was approved by me on 9th! I kept chasing and again your colleague has admitted that there was some order as this should have been shipped - error after error !
It was not agreed to receive it on Friday 17th as this is when I attended a party without a gift ! This should have been delivered a week before that. So your response is a lie

Item Order LF333532 was ordered Wednesday 15th April at 23:38 for next day delivery. Waited all morning Saturday for the item as it was a gift but it didn't arrive. It's awful how some or these companies operate. You want to support small businesses but this is the risk one takes!

Having been invited to a Christening I was looking to mark this occasion with a special gift, which I found at Letterfest. À personalised book set around woodland animals, just enchanting. I was absolutely delighted when the book arrived, and know it will be warmly received by the recipient, who has a wonderful and lasting memory of this special day, her Christening Day! Thank you!

Excellent customer experience. A slight misunderstanding arose in that the "Add a note" facility generates a note for the packers/deliverer to read, and not as I thought a note added to the package. Consequently the recipient did not know initially who sent her the gift! After some email exchanges with Letterfest the mystery was solved, with very fair and customer focussed treatment by the help desk. Also the recipient loved her engraved flower pot. Many thanks.

Letterfest personalised children’s books are great, lovely illustration and clear to read. I had a little mishap (my fault) with spelling on my book and they were very helpful when it came to re ordering and solving the issue. Greatly appreciated Thank you

I made an error on my order and only realised after I had approved my draft copy. I emailed the company the next day when I realised. Charlotte recalled the order and made the changes for me. She could not have been more helpful or kind. The print looks amazing and I can’t wait for it to arrive!

I submitted a picture of our daughters first purchased home with her new husband- the picture had them in front of the home and a house on each side also it was taken at the first of spring so grass wasn’t green and no flowers yet - I asked them to redo the picture with out the humans , the houses on each side and add color to grass and add flowers - they nailed it ! It was perfect! It will be a great gift for them -
The picture arrived in less than 7 days from the order -

I ordered an alphabet book for my grand niece; unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong address; I informed Letterfest and Marie was quick to identify the problem and send a replacement. The service was efficient and the staff are friendly and courteous and acted without delay. I recommend Letterfest's delightful personalised books for children as the kids feel special to read stories with their name in it and it gives them immense pleasure and motivation to read.

In the final analysis, I judge a business by its product. I've written here about Letterfest's great customer service, but, alas, if it doesn't support a quality product, what does it matter? Letterfest promptly sent me another book when the first book fell part. Sadly, the replacement is also beginning to come apart. This is far from an inexpensive book (almost $50) and it is not put together properly. I have wasted my money.

Really fast and efficient service! I bought a memorial stone for my garden to honor my dog. I received it fast and wrapped perfectly. It is absolutely beautiful! I’m glad I found Letterfest!

Cannot fault this company at all!
I ordered a Mother’s Day book which arrived super speedy - however given it was so fast, I wasn’t expecting it and so wasn’t at home when it was delivered.. unfortunately due to the ignorance of the delivery driver who delivered it, my book was sadly ruined by the horrible storm we had on Thursday! I contacted Letterfest that same evening and received a reply out of hours (special thanks to Marie).. without hesitation she kindly sent out a replacement that night and it arrived by Saturday! Still in time for Mother’s Day on Sunday 😊
Thank you so much again - my mum loved her book 🥰 will definitely be ordering from you again x

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a gift for my Mum for Mother's day, the site said it would be delivered in time. It arrived the day after Mother's day so is completely useless to me now. I contacted Letterfest and they have been absolutely useless. They couldnt care less, I will never use this company again. Customer service is appalling.
Edit in response: Letterfest have refunded my postage charge, £4 of an almost £40 order, and feel that they have settled my issue. I disagree, I understand they may have dispatched the product on time but my order was with Letterfest not royal mail and the product did not arrive in time. I had to purchase an alternative gift so I had something to give my Mum and therefore I am left with a useless product and £34 out of pocket. I don't feel like the issue has been resolved at all!

Placed an order after seeing an advert on Facebook, first time I’ve been tempted on Social Media to make a purchase so was wary.
Paid £80 for the picture, frame and postage. Then got the proof email, approved the picture but was then asked for £51, I assumed that the initial £80 was a holding fee and now that I had approved I had to pay.
But I had ordered a copy which was not made clear in the process - if I wanted 2 copies I would have ordered 2 copies. Asked to cancel and have my £51 back to be told no..
The approval process is a con & I now know why I didn’t buy through social media previously!
Now resolved by Charlotte - thank you. The picture is fantastic!
