The order was shipped quickly and book was high quality. I had the book damaged by water during shipping. Charlotte was quick to respond to my support email. Letterfest is a highly reputable company and a pleasure to do business with.

Instead of a card, I bought a 25th anniversary plant pot. I forgot to add that it was an urgent order and contacted the team at Letterfest. Their customer service is beyond fabulous, the issue was dealt with so quickly and without fuss. They kept me updated and were very understanding.
I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be dealing with them moving forward.
My pot is fab, the etching/writing is so cool. My husband was delighted with it!

Good response when I emailed a question 👍

Marie was exceptionally helpful efficient and friendly. She helped us to created a bespoke pot, sent sample layouts to check the final design and got it shipped to us quickly. Excellent service and the pot was beautiful!

We were sent an engraved flowerpot by my daughter to commemorate a big anniversary. When opened, the pot was smashed. I contacted the company and was promised a replacement - but when that arrived it too was broken. :-(
I told the company and they promised another replacement.
When this arrived, I videoed opening it (just in case!) and was pleased to see it was intact. Throughout this whole process I was looked after by Marie, who was courteous, helpful and very understanding!
I would recommend the company for their fine range of items - I looked on the website - and the exceptional follow-up customer service I received.
WELL DONE!

I used this company following a recommendation from friends to order a water colour portrait of my childhood home.
I appreciated the proofing process but, after confirming and gifting the portrait to my mum, she noticed some glaring errors (wrong door colour, missing chimney, missing outdoor light).
I contacted Letterfest to modify the order and sent more pictures to highlight the errors.
I paid the £15 and waited for five days (including a weekend) for the update. I spoke with five different employees and I also sent a letter to the CEO who chose not to respond. The whole process left me very disappointed with what was supposed to be a cherished keepsake.

I had Letterfest transform a photo of my clients' house into a framed watercolor keepsake. It was done in no time and arrived to me quickly in perfect condition. What I appreciated most was that they emailed me a mockup and gave me the opportunity to review it before anything was shipped. Will definitely order again in future.

AVOID. This is a scam, item is not "hand painted" it's just a digital print of your photo you could create with chat gpt. Printed onto thin cheap paper, with a thin foam border (similar quality to primary one art utensils) as a wedding gift the quality is embarrassing avoid like the plague and just give the couple the cash.

Service, communication and delivery are a 5 star, it was brilliant. The product however, given then price (£120) lacked quality. The frame felt cheap and the print could have been on better quality paper. If the frame was of higher quality and the watercolour print was on thick textured paper for an authentic representation I feel it would of been value for money. Disappointed overall.

Excellent service! Will definitely use again when needed. The reason for 4 stars instead of a deserved 5 is I rate a company of how it reacts when things go wrong, as it did with me.
Letterfest sent me my goods promptly, the trouble was that Royal Mail delivered it to the wrong address.
I had to contact Letterfest due to the package now being time critical [80th birthday] and despite emails being sent through their wesiteespite emails being sent through their website, it was not until I found their phone number through Google that they responded.
After telling them I did not have a pale blue door and sending them a photo of my door I felt that I was believed. That is why I have given 4 stars.
Letterfest immediately replaced my package which arrived within time and despite offering to pay delivery, did not want payment even though the person who my original parcel was delivered to kept it for 4 days before bringing it round of which Letterfest knew of.
All that was needed was a contact number on the website.

Got a personalised plant pot for a present and messed up on the message. My mess up was intercepted by the people there who contacted me to check on what should be on the message. Saved me from messing up. Good old fashioned customer care. Thank you.

The order process was straightforward and communication from the company was good, however the actual product was in no way worth the money charged.
I ordered a ‘hand drawn’ picture of a church which was clearly just scanned by a computer programme and printed out within minutes of the order, and the frame which cost extra was appalling quality. £100 overall for this order that could be done at home with the right programme for about £10

After I ordered a personalised book I realised I’d made a mistake and so emailed Letterfest. I had an email back within a few hours confirming that the correction would be made to the book. The book arrived quickly and the quality is good.

Utterly terrible level of customer service.
They sent me a random illustration that wasn’t meant for me - heavens knows where mine was sent to with my address on the illustration and a picture of my house!
Contacted them by phone at lunchtime and advised I needed the order sending to me ASAP. The customer advisor was ‘wishy washy’ on the phone and said it wouldn’t be possible but would ensure I was given a full refund and the actual order be sent to me. However, she said she would call me back to update me. 7 hours later and no phone call nor any contact to advise that my refund has been issued or information on when my item will actually arrive.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

My bespoke flower pots arrived a few days after ordering but unfortunately one was broken in transit with Royal Mail. I contacted Letterfest by email and Marie apologised and sent me a replacement within three days.

Ordered a personalised pebble in memory of my beautiful dog. When it arrived was very disappointed. The wording etched into the stone was insignificant, it did not stand out as per the one shown on the website. Contacted the company but they stated it was natural stone and the wording was clear and perfectly visible. I stand to differ. Would not reccomend based on my personal experience.

The book was very easy to personalise and order and it was a joy to present a christening gift that had so much more than words. I love the fact that a tree has been planted in my granddaughter’s name as a symbol of hope for the future.

Wouldn't bother with the pictures, reminiscent of the old cartoon / water paint filters, but somehow no where near as good...
Their service was fine and quick albeit oddly quick given its supposed 'hand drawn' nature.
