Lovely plants, excellent customer service. Definitely recommend and will buy again

Extremely impressed. I bought a cistus ladanifer (my first online plant purchase, so not without trepidation) from Let's Go Planting. The plant arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Of particular note was the care with which it was packaged - not a single leaf got damaged in transit!

Excellent. Plants were lovely and healthy. Very well packaged. Second time I've used them and they're consistently great. Great communication and managing expectations around stock. I'd highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! I was in the area so wanted to personally pick up my variegated algrve. It was a pleasure to meet Ian and Beverly lovely genuine people. And the wow when I saw now mature my plant was, it even had two or three pups! I even found two large pots to pot on my two free plants at the bottom of the very thick quality box, hows that for service. Thank you both. My ' go to ' online nursery. With good honest prices .

Though a little smaller than expected (but to be fair most pittosporum on market this year seem to be on smaller side) the pittosporum were healthy good quality plants;

Safe to say let’s go planting didn’t disappoint plants were really well packaged the bonus plants were a nice surprise also

Excellent after sales service.
Unfortunately, a shrub that was delivered and planted at the end of last year failed and died. On contacting the supplier, Let's Go Planting, Ian just asked for a photo confirmation, no ifs or buts. And two days later a beautiful replacement arrived! Truly amazing,

What an excellent company this is! Ordered an Acer for a Christmas present from one of big suppliers which I was assured would come by Christmas. When I contacted them a few days before 25th December I was told (after a 45 minutes wait) that it had been out of stock for sometime and wouldn't come till around May!
I contacted Letsgoplanting (someone always answers the phone) who hadn't any in stock by managed to source me an excellent specimen in a matter of days at half the price. I was delighted with my two free plants as usual, which I shall pass on to my daughter who is creating her first garden.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

ordered a double lfower gorse which alas arrived rather dried up - pot wouldn't stand and despite tlc the plant was a spiky, brown corpse within a couple of weeks - ian's communication and service in providing a replacement was excellent and the well hydrated replacement was with me in days

Got three shrubs from them recently and all were high quality as expected - lush and healthy, full of vigour. No complaints about the speed of the delivery either, especially during COVID-19.

Although, I am curious as to where the mystery plants are - I placed two orders (one shrub + two shrubs) so I should've got four mystery plants, but they don't seem to be there. Has that particular service been suspended or something?

Either way, they got the shrubs as fast as they could and overall, I'm still very pleased with the service!

EDIT:
Turns out there was a mixup with the shipping, so you'll still get the mystery plants if you notify them - they were quick to fix this, and I got mine *really* quickly (less than a week) and they're all equally as healthy as my main order!

I'd totally recommend them for any online plant service :)

Ordered Melianthus major from Letsgoplanting.co.uk It arrived as promised, together with two rather lovely 'bonus' plants. A smashing climber and a lovely fuschia.
We shall be using them again.

Such a vast choice of plants to choose from. The delivery service was really quick and the plants were nice and healthy. Was really pleased with my purchase and will definitely be shopping here again!

I really can’t fault my shopping experience with them. Considering we’re in the depths of Covid-19 my order was delivered securely and super quickly. And I got FREE plants too!!! Who doesn’t like free plants?
The plants were in tip top condition, with no damage and had bright glossy and healthy leaves.
Having shopped with lots of other online plant suppliers I can honestly say this was by far the best company I’ve done business with.

Ordered several shrubs, many of which were unavailable elsewhere.
From first approach to delivery, Ian was a joy to deal with and speak. to.
Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was always happy, polite,considerate and professional.
Upon day of delivery I was overjoyed to see good, strong, healthy shrubs.
All were of good size, container grown, pest and disease free, hardy and raring to go.
I know exactly where I will be going next time I need plants of any sort.
Never mind these other markets that sell shoddy, inferior produce, with soft whippy growth that needs a week or two of hardening up before being planted, together with another year of growth before you see the product of choice. The choice of plants is truly amazing from herbaceous perennials to grasses, ferns and shrubs.
I thoroughly recommend let's go planting.
