We are the Leonidas Belgian Chocolates Official UK Retailer, since 2018. As a chocolate shop in Brighton, we have one of the largest selections of pralines freshly delivered weekly from the Leonidas factory in Brussels. All our Leonidas chocolates are stored in our climate-controlled environment. All boxes are hand packed at our chocolate store in Brighton and can be customised. We are located only 2 minutes walking distance from the Brighton Train Station.

The chocolates are really nice
The chocolates are really nice, but the postage for delivery to the Isle of Man which is part of the UK was to expensive it said free delivery if you spend over £40. I spent £41.75 and then got charged £12.95 for postage. So although the chocolates were excellent the cost to receive them with that hit on postage I will not be purchasing again. Will look for similar Belgium chocs, with free postage to Isle of Man.

We understand your frustration regarding the delivery cost to the Isle of Man. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries, and unfortunately some locations fall outside the standard free delivery areas. That said, we completely understand your point and will review these costs carefully. If there’s any way for us to offer reduced rates or discounts for the Isle of Man in the future, we will definitely do so.

We dispatched your order on the same day it was placed using a tracked Royal Mail service, and the tracking details were shared with you at the time of dispatch. According to the tracking information, the parcel has now been marked as delivered.
We completely understand how frustrating delays can be, especially for a time-sensitive order like Easter. While we ensure all orders are prepared and dispatched promptly, delivery timings are unfortunately outside of our control once the parcel is with the courier.

Great for special occasions
I buy Leonidas for special occasions and they never disappoint. On this occasion, my easter eggs arrived cracked due to the couriers handling - despite the 'fragile' stickers. They were quick to help with a replacement!

Leonidas has been one of my favourite luxury chocolates, for decades.
I can only purchase them online, as I am not near any of their stores.
The Royal Mail took six days to deliver a recent order and they weren't as fresh, as they usually are. But my most recent purchase, arrived in three days, so that was much better.
Quality chocolates, no complaints at all!

The gold box containing the orange…
The gold box containing the orange slices is too small and wont stay shut.
I have no complaint regarding the contents;
They were packed too tightly in a box which was not large enough

Please note that our orange slices are made using real orange peel, and as with all natural ingredients, the size of each slice can vary. Because of this, it is not possible to guarantee identical sizes for every piece. However, when a product is sold by weight, we always ensure that the correct weight is provided, regardless of individual slice size.
Regarding the box, our packaging is designed to remain securely closed under normal conditions.
