Delicious chocolates and wonderful service
I placed an online order for the mini dark chocolate Easter eggs. They are one of my favourites. The chocolates arrived securely packaged and within a couple of days. Extremely happy with the whole shopping experience :)

My order was not fit for purpose
My order turned up in bits.
Very poor customer service.
I will not recommend or use again.
When ordering, I knew there was a risk of damage and Leonidas had covered themselves by stating if you don’t collect in person, you take the risk of it getting broken.
Naively I had assumed that my order would have been packaged responsibly at their end, as when you order elsewhere they would ensure there was adequate protection and packaging to do their best at the retailer end of journey. This did not happen and as stated, I received a very broken Easter gift for my 5yr old son and had to get something last minute.
I have sent an email to costumer service and not received a reply to date.
