I recently had an issue with my subscription, but the customer support team, especially Anna, handled it perfectly. She was incredibly kind and professional, making an exception to help me with my refund request. The service itself is great, but it's the high-quality support that makes me want to come back in the future. Five stars for Anna's help!

My experience with this program is just a crumbling failure. I wish to give Leonardo.ai the best review possible but after desperate attempt to resize one image, finally getting it in hours of misleading prompts from AI and one right from human I got charged over 500 tokens from 8500 I just subscribed for. So, my point is now the program is confusing at every step and while you're learning their ropes you got stripped of your deposit in a blink of eye. There settings are just set for that. I think they have a good seed but to make it grow is a killing process.

To be fair: the API is solid and well-documented — I'm keeping it and continuing to build with it. The web platform just didn't match that quality. But when things didn't work out, the support made it right immediately.

I had an issue related to my subscription and tokens becoming temporarily unavailable after a plan change. At first, it was a bit confusing, but the support team was very helpful, took the time to properly investigate the situation, and resolved it quickly.

They also made a manual adjustment so I could continue working while waiting for the issue to be fully resolved, which shows real care for the user experience.

After everything was corrected, my account returned to normal and the tokens were properly restored.

The quantity of filters is beyond the level of absurd. Also, most of their images requested in photorealistic quality are extremely poor. It doesn't even follow the prompt most of the times. Very poor app.

They have refreshed my plan and removed 3850 credits that I paid for. Scammers. If a customer has paid for those credits they have every right to use them even if they don't want to pay again.
