The app doesn't work. Every prompt you enter just spits out error messages. Will even sometimes take the credits, which doesn't matter, because it's nothing but an error message either way, 0 images.

I've been trying to connect my account to Canva for days. At first, I thought it might be because it needed to be a new account or something like that, so I tried deleting the old account and creating a new one, only to find that it still gave me an error. After trying several times, I contacted them via email, only to be given the runaround. Then they told me they had escalated the issue and would contact me when it was resolved, which they still haven't done, despite it being something very simple (a manual database purge to fix a stuck OAuth callback loop) that a company with even a minimal level of competence in something tangentially related to technology could have fixed in a few minutes. Finally, after days of them doing nothing, I even changed my Canva email address to connect it from the new one, only for it not to work that way either. The claim that their Essential plan can be used with Canva Business is a lie, and therefore a scam.

I had some image generation issues and reached out hoping for some assistance! Mark G responded to my concerns. He was so responsive, patient, courteous and kept me up to date with the progress!
I highly recommend using Leonardo ai!! It’s top tier and the customer service is amazing!!

Mark G was very helpful in this issue. He gave good advice for trying to resolve it, but when that did not work, he escalated the request to a higher level. He then came back to me and told me when it was resolved. That means he kept track of my request, even admist all the others he no doubt had. I really appreciate that level of staying with a client.
