We do feel the reference to “unannounced broker fees” is a little harsh. Our broker fee is disclosed on our website under Important Information, and it is also outlined in the Nature & Scope document that was emailed on 16/4 once your application was assigned to an adviser.
That said, your feedback is valid. If this wasn’t clear enough at the time, then we need to improve how and when we communicate it. We will take this on board and review our process to ensure greater transparency upfront.

Efficient and quick, but wow... Some of the worst interest rates I've seen.. shopped around and unfortunately these were the highest, not by a small amount either. By nearly 10%.

Meet loan repayment easily but the way thesevguy work out affordability it so retarded it makes me sick thinking bout it my loan was for cancer treatment one I now missed thacould end cost me my life I also offered security with my loan which was turned down i also direct lenny to there website where it says WE LEND well now they say we arnt lender make it clear then as that is illegal 0/10 for humanity i noticed lenny replied saying affordability is an issue as 60 can't be maintained on a benefit clearly they don't read applications as I am on benefit also self employed part time they where sent thatvnf also
