Excellent service. Absolutely efficient and reliable. Booked wheelchair and following day arrived in agreed 1hour timeframe. Same service with return. Chair in excellent conditioner. Website easy to use. Thankyou. Would definitely use company again if required

BELIEVE ME If you are high profile person definitely this service not for you. We never use again this company service. Very late delivery service. If you ask where is delivery too many excuses which is no sense. They don't share driver's number to contact him. If you ask them, ok let driver call me, they said no he doesn't call while driving.... What kind of service is.

Chair turned up on time and was collected on time.

But it is not good being unable to talk to someone. IE no phone number.

I ordered a chair with two raisers as both my legs needed to be raised whilst using the chair. However, even fully extended they were two short and I am only 5’8”. So I didn’t actually use the chair as the raisers supplied are the only ones they do.

Brand new wheelchair, supplied with all accessories right to the doorstep. Very efficient service. Would highly recommend this company.

It was easy to order a wheelchair online. The process is simple and completed quickly. The delivery went without any problems and I was kept up to date with the progress of my order and the delivery. I only needed the wheelchair for a few days and it was easy to stop the rental. The process was again very easy and I was given a delivery time window for the pick up of the wheelchair. The chair was picked up as scheduled. The driver was very polite and friendly. All in all very pleased with whole process.

In order to avoid taking a wheelchair on the train I ordered one well in advance to be delivered to our hotel in Edinburgh for a two day stay. My wife has mobility problems so needed a wheelchair to enable her to get around.
we arrived at our hotel to discover no wheelchair had been delivered. The only communication with LendoCare being a very impersonal email blaming the delay on DHL. In an attempt to salvage something I requested that it be delivered by noon the next day. LendoCare's response was then to cancel the whole contract leaving us completely high and dry and totally reliant on taxis. Which when you actually wish to explore a city on foot rather defeats the object of the exercise. At no time did LendoCare try to contact us by phone to discuss the problem or even leave a number to call.
So beware. LendoCare are totally unreliable and I would not recommend them to anyone under any circumstances. My advice is avoid them at all costs and take your own

I highly recommend Lendocare. Our wheelchair hire went smoothly from start to finish! The wheelchair was in excellent condition (perhaps new?) and the delivery and pick up were on time and easy to manage. I amended my pick up time and added a cushion after my initial rental and the process was easy - with customer care responding to my requests quickly. It was a great experience overall and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

The wheelchair arrived on the date booked and within the preferred time slot I'd chosen. It was then picked up to go back on the correct date as well. An email actually arrived outlining the HOUR the chair was going to be picked up. Incredible! Again, everything happened so impressively smoothly I feel I can happily recommend your services to everyone I know. Keep up your good work, it's excellent.

Chair was hard to get up pavement s foot support was missing and was replaced with leg support that we paid for also vision should come with chair not another add on. Everything else was very good char easy delivered in a large box undamaged and strong may be I would get an electric chair next time hotel were impressed and will use them again

The wheelchair was great - light, easy to use and store. But the delivery and collection service wasn’t brilliant. It was supposed to be delivered by 18:00 hrs but didn’t arrive until 20:00 hrs. And, for collection, I was given two times, 18:00 & 20:50 - 21:50. Tracking was difficult because it kept saying there was no order of that number. They eventually collected it at 22:00. This was way past my bedtime and very inconvenient.

Lendocare were excellent at dispatching the chair to our holiday address on time. Unfortunately the chair had obviously been battered by a previous user and the footplates were not at all in line. Also the back of the chair was not as supportive as the previous one and was very wonky when my husband pushed it. I did notify Lendocare and I’m disappointed that it wasn’t checked before sending out to me
